I’ve been with these guys for years when they originally started out it to me pedias the musketeer and then switched over to the 99 cent store bomb food

We went to this place because our friend said it was good. I thought it was kinda weird because it’s in a 99 cents store. I got the Asada taco combo and my husband got the el pastor. I’m happy to say all of our food was good. The dollar tacos were good too. Smaller and meat was slightly dried out but still decent. Good prices too. I’d definitely go back.

We have been there a few times. It’s close to the house and they have great chile rellenos. Good in a burrito. Cash only last we went

Best tacos in the IE! Taco Tuesday– most tacos 1 $. Most people won’t trust a taqueria in a 99 cent store… I know because I felt the same way. But, the food and service is legit! Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

My husband heard about this place from TV. So we decided to give them a try. I had the carne asada burrito and my husband had the tacos. They were very flavorful and the salsa they use is one of the best… good place even though its in a 99 cents store.

After hearing about this place from the review on TV I had to see what was so good about it. So I went to have Lengua Tacos for lunch. Understanding that this place is in the .99 cents store, I wasn’t expecting any real atmosphere but when I got there I was shocked that it could have been given the time on day on TV. There were some people standing waiting for their food and a few still waiting to place their order and others sitting at folding tables and cheap chairs. I noticed a large sign«CASHONLY» at the register. Their was a total of 4 people that I counted working there and only one woman at the front counter that after each person that ordered she would take off and leave the front counter for a few minutes then come back which increased the time in which it took to just get the order in. After about 10 minutes it was finally my turn and I asked the lady«Do you give free refills on the soda drinks?» At first she didn’t understand what I said so I repeated my question and then she answered«NO! No free refills». 5 Lengua tacos and one large drink and $ 10.00 later my order was placed. As I looked for a place to sit at the plastic white tables and the tiny white folding chairs I spotted a open spot at the far end. The first thing that I noticed was everyone should have been issued a fly swatter because fly’s were everywhere. As I was waiting I saw a number of people come in and look at the line and the area and walk back out. 20 minutes later, I’m now a total of 30 minutes and I received a paper plate of 53″ tacos with about 1 ounce of meat and some green sauce with a little cilantro and onion and a couple of slices of lemon. When I ordered I asked for taco’s with everything on them but I received them with out cheese or sour cream, should have asked what came on them right? The taco’s themselves even as plain as they were, were very tasty but I have no idea what the reporter for Channel 5 saw here but it reminded me of an outside vender in TJ. I have to wonder who’s relative is he or how much was he paid for that spot on TV for this dump. If you don’t mind sharing your food with fly’s and sitting at picnic tables with flimsily«rented» chairs then this is the place for you. John D.
