My boyfriend and I love this place. We are always looking forward to the yummy tacos.
He loves his usual al pastor and me I always look forward to my chicken.
We love the atmosphere and the service. The customer service is great, food is always well prepped. The cliental is great. The restaurant mainly is very clean and exquisite with the Hispanic culture.

Came in for the al pastor burrito. It is a hole in the wall kind of place. The burrito was just average for me. The meat was on the dry side and had a crunchy texture; however it was marinated well. The salsa bar has really good salsa, I smothered my burrito in the creamy salsa verde. The place is clean and plays Mexican music on the jukebox. The service was very good. The prices are on the cheaper side and portions are fairly big.
I’ve heard good things about their tacos, so I’ll give it a second chance.

If your looking for the best tacos in Riverside this is the place to go. Every weekend me and my family go here. They have aguas fresca, fresh pan dulce, and a variety of Mexican dishes to choose from. Also the prices are affordable. Very clean restaurant. The restroom is the only bad thing. It doesn’t play obnoxious music like other restaurants !

Loved the tacos. When trying a new taco spot I order at least one Carne Asada, Al Pastor and Tripa. Tacos de Tripa were on point and I highly recommend them! Will be back again.

Been looking for real Al Pastor tacos and found them. Ummmmm yummy yummy!
This small restaurant does it the way it should! Ummmmm yummy! I would say if you want the real deal its right here! If theres better PLEASE let me know :)

Good food. Clean restaurant. They sell fresh pan dulce, and have a hot sauce bar, jarrito and mexican sodas in glass. They Carne is tasty but has a little too much fat.

Their food is ok if you like to eat fat. Employees behind the counter as they’re making your food are eating food their pan dulce is not fresh whatever is left out in the open and in the cage is resold the next day. Their burritos are overpriced. Menodo they’re always out of hominy hello you have a store right down the walkway so the beef tripe is just floating there not worth it save your money.

This place is great for a quick, cheap, and delicious meal! I ordered their carne asada burrito and it was excellent! Great flavor in the meat and fillings were very flavorful and juicy! They have a few different salsas to choose from and they are all very good in my book. Have returned a second time and was just as good! Definitely a go to spot for me here on out

This place should be shut down! The man serving the food had dirty hands and was grabbing the food and eating it while serving the customers food, he would wipe his hands on his dirty apron. Not only did he not wash his hands but he was cleaning while making food! They should be more careful because there are serious food born illnesses. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.

Place is close and if you are in the mood for tacos, it’s ok. The asada is not the best quality lots of fat on meat. Carnitas are better. The torta is average, I thought the tacos would be supreme since that’s mainly what they offer. Upgrade the quality of steak you buy and the place could be a hit.

Average. Not great. Not awful.
I wish that the pastries were as good as they looked. But for a Wednesday morning, they seemed at least day old.
And the street tacos, while generous on the meat, were nothing special. The carnitas was missing the deliciousness that only fried pork can have. And the al pastor was decent, but not tongue tinglingly wonderful. Yes, I am spoiled.
Rather disappointed. Enough I would not return.

Checked out this place due to reviews and they were right!!! I was all geared up to find something absent but I didn’t. Not many «Mexican» food restaurants can make beans correctly anymore but this place was on point! Not only with the beans but the rice and my chicken tacos as well. The hubbs ordered a torta and we are constantly going back for more! They have traditional sauces to fill up on while you’re waiting and desserts too! I have yet to try those but they appeared quite fresh. 5 stars for this place for good food plus good customer service.

Excellent Mexican food for a great price. Speedy service and good tasting food. Gotta say that it became a favorite of mine while on a college budget. Make sure you are hungry when you get there.

We moved here in July and have been here 6 times now.
GREAT tacos, menudo, salsas and condiments are great. Only thing is we nevereat here because of the restrooms.
My kids are afraid to go down this hall and into this open room that has this Mad Max/​Walking Dead feel to it (flickering light and all!). Bathrooms were in decent condition when you get there, but it’s the getting there that is creepy.
Recommend the food, great take out option.

Ok food, not very clean, a bit out dated with a cross contamination issue. While the cook was making my burrito he went and got out raw meat and put it on the grill and then spread it out with his hands. He did not have gloves on and then he did not wash his hands as he continued to make my burrito. Salsa bar is nice but the cups are ridiculously small. Seriously lucky if they hold 2 teaspoons. Awkward and difficult to fill, no soda machine either. Just cans and bottles but based on how he made the burrito, I won’t go back.

This is a simple little hole-​in-​the-​wall joint that is pretty tasty. If you are a vegetarian as I am, I recommend the veggie torta, it’s filled with all the fix-​ins and comes in a pretty tasty bread roll. It’s also very filling. My boyfriend insists that we come here every time he visits from San Diego.
The people there have gotten to know us and usually are happy to share there grilled chili peppers with us if they are in the middle of cooking them.
Workers are kind and patient with my gringo boyfriend who always tries to order in Spanish.
