Oh how I love thee Cheesecake Factory! I always always have an excellent time here. Food is always on point, and servers funny and awesome. Thanks for another great visit!

I went there for the first time in a while about 2 weeks ago. So let’s start with the good and why this got 2 stars instead of 1. The food was amazing. We went for the Sunday brunch and got the monte cristo. Oh it was so good I might actually go back. Why it got so low of a rating is the wait staff. We saw our waitress a total of 3 times. 1– Right after we sat down. 2-When she took our drink and food order. 3– when she brought us the food. After we got our food she vanished without a word. About 20 minutes after we finished our food and we were looking around for our waitress another waiter walked up and gave us a bill… Now the bill he set down wasn’t ours and after we got it corrected it took another 15 minutes for him to pick it up. This was THEWORSTWAITSTAFFEXPERIENCE I HAVEEVERHADAT A RESTAURANT. we almost walked out but I hate and despise people that dine and dash. The total time we waited at our table for the waitress was ridiculous and I WOULDNEVERRECOMMENDTHISRESTAURANTTO A FRIEND.

Came here for the first time a few nights ago and just loved it. My girlfriends made fun of me for never having been here till now. The wait was a bit longer than most restaurants in the area but that’s just testimony to the great service and great food this place provides. Trust me; it was well worth the wait. Everyone, from our hostess to our waitress were just so nice and aimed to please — very, very friendly and accommodating. We weren’t the easiest crowd to please and the staff took it all in stride and bent over backwards for us. I had the«Bang-Bang» Chicken — a Thai dish — and it was absolutely delicious, well prepared, piping hot, and very flavorful. To top off the meal, I chose the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake and it too was absolutely delish. I was also pleasantly surprised by the reasonable menu prices, compared to similar places. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely no disappointments here. I am kicking myself for not having tried it sooner. I’ll certainly be back.

Always love my favorite dish! Jamaican Black Pepper Chicken and Shrimp, with a side of black beans and rice, and plantains are the perfect combination that keeps me coming back for more! The drinks I slurped on, had the perfect amount of alcohol in it too.

Considering it was Valentines day weekend I was expecting a long wait to be seated. To my surprise we were at our booth within 15 minutes of arriving. We ordered a couple of drinks which took a little long but nothing to cry home about. The cucumber lemonade was amazing! We started out ordering the firecracker salmon wraps which came out in a jiffy and were pipping hot(temperature) and sitting on a tangy sauce of deliciousness. Both our entrees soon followed and tasted just as wonderful and they looked. Our waitress was funny, pleasant, and very attentive. Considering the controlled chaos around us she always took care of us and all her other guest. Not once did we feel as if they were in a rush or urging us to vamoose. Would definitely return and recommend to anybody.

I like it here. Quick dinner nice service nice portion, clean bathroom that’s all I need. Probably going to be my new go-to restaurant. It is pricy but I don’t mind for clean environment. If you want cheap food expect nasty restaurant.

This was our first visit to the restuarant. The food was excellant. The service was perfect. We had the california cheese steak. It was so good and the portions were large. We had such a good time we were planning our next visit before the check came.

I’ve gone to this particular location a few times. Service has been great most of the time I’ve been there. I usually order my favorite entrée, Chicken Piccata. I also order an extra side of sauce to go with my pasta. They don’t charge you for it. I love their pumpernickel breads too! This particular location gets pretty busy even on a weekday.

Just when you think a restaurant couldn’t get any better, along comes Derek, possibly the best server we have had since moving to Corona last July! There’s not much more to add to this review considering this late-night decadence has become such a habit, that the wonderful four cheese penne pasta and Caesar salad I ordered should come as no surprise. What did come as a surprise was the outstanding service and on point waiting that was Derek this evening. Combine that with the consistent quality of the Aforementioned meal, and the result is an easy 5 star experience. Nailed it again cheesecake factory! See you soon

My absolute favorite is the crispy crab wontons. Simple yet delicious and the sauce compliments the dish perfectly. The kids butter and parmesean bowtie pasta won my daughter over. Wait time was 15mins on a Sunday which isn’t bad at all.

It’s been a few years since I was last at a Cheesecake Factory, and the one on Tyler Road was a solid restaurant to get back into the groove. Prices were as I’d remembered them, and we were seated quickly. It took a little longer than I’d expected to get our bread, but it was hot and fresh. Shout out to our server, Tyler, for his friendliness and outstanding customer service. We started out with the quesadilla; it, too, was hot and fresh and delicious. She ordered the Carolina pulled pork sammich, and I opted for the crispy spicy chicken sammich. She didn’t feel like it was pork that was pulled properly. My sammich was outstanding, but my fries were lukewarm at best. Overall, not a bad experience. A fine welcome back of sorts.

I recently returned to this Cheesecake Factory, and this time began with Pan-Fried Chicken Pot Stickers swimming in Soy-Ginger Sesame Sauce that were well cooked and enjoyable. This was followed by a delicious cup of New England Clam Chowder that was very hot, dirty looking, somewhat spicy, and chockful of clams and chunks of potatoes. Then while Diane raved about her Pit Beef Dip with tasty au jus, I was pleased with my entrée of homey-tasting Famous Factory Meatloaf, which came with nice and thick Brown Gravy, Succotash, and good but thin rather than creamy Mashed Potatoes. The corn kernels in the Succotash were a bit hard. Otherwise, there was little to find fault with regarding food preparation. Our booth seat was hard, and the room cool on a cold day. And, while service from our server doubling as a bartender was slow initially, it picked up and was fine the rest of the way. A fine comfort meal overall!

Two stars given for the nice waitress we had and I can’t recall her name but the food was horrible! My husband and I ordered the Steak Diane and herb salmon their steak was small tiny pieces of meat that was red when I asked for well done it was more mushrooms than steak on the entire plate was mashed potatoes my piece of salmon was smaller than the palm of my hand! I’m so upset bc I could have went to pf changs Which is right next door compared to this horrible meal I had! I worked all week and just wanted a delicious meal turned bad… The wait wasn’t bad and again my server was good but that meal I would have preferred mc Donald’s!

I’ve been to this cheese cake factory over 5 times. It’s my grandparents favorite place to eat. Everyone is always so friendly. They have the best steaks! My personal favorite is the flemon mignon steak. I truly wouldn’t waste my time going to a fancy steak house. If your looking for a good steak the cheese factory is the place to go :]

Food was cool. We ordered 2 cheesecakes after but we were too full and only had 2 bites of each slice. The front part of the cheesecake is the slimmest so obviously we had a ton of cheesecake left on each slice so we asked for boxes. The waitress took the plates to box them up for us and she came out with the bag which we grabbed by the handle and took home. Later in the day I opened the box for a midnight snack and I don’t even know what I was looking at. I couldn’t even tell which slice was which. It looked like she put them in there and shook the box 51726219 times. Next time I’ll be boxing my own food. I mean having them take the food and box it up somewhere in the back has always been kind of uncomfortable for me, but this definitely took it to another level.

As far as big chain restaurants go I love this one, specifically this location. When it first opened I thought it was going to fall victim to the riverside curse(for some reason restaurants close down here left and right). It was always dead inside. Fast forward years later and this location is booming. Not that it matters to me how many people are inside, I always sit at the bar. But I’m glad it picked up, I really enjoy my time alone here. I love that they keep the menu fresh. Constantly changing recipes, menu options, etc. It’s alway clean here and the staff is amazing. One thing I love about being a regular is getting to know the bartenders. Portions are decent sized, and substitutions dont seem to be a problem. Located in the outsie corner of the mall, parking could be a little better, but it’s not too bad. If youve never been to a cheesecake, I recommend this location.

We visited for National Cheesecake Day and took advantage of their takeout service. If you ordered an entrée, you got 50% off your cheesecake slices! Last time we visited, the to-go people were incredibly rude and we had to talk to the manager about them. This time, the service was very helpful and friendly. My usual is the grilled chicken and avocado club, which is HUGE and tasty. If you order food to go, they give you bread and butter with your order so you don’t miss out!

Decided on this place on a Fridate with the fiancé. He received a $ 100 giftcard, so why not! Restaurant was pretty packed about 730, and was quoted 25 min for seating, but we got sat in 15 minutes. I had every intention of ordering my fave, bistro shrimp, but after perusing the menu, I was swayed to the shrimp scampi and herb crusted salmon combination(comes with mashed potatoes). Fiancé ordered the steak Diane and herb crusted salmon. The shrimp and steak were delicious! As for the salmon, it turned out too«herby» for me and I tried to scrape off the herb crust. We also ordered the Adams cheesecake and the Kaluha flavor. Kaluha cheesecake won! Also ordered coffee, which was strong, but delicious. Our server, Tomas, was excellent! He’s the reason this place was bumped up to 5 stars. Very attentive, friendly(not overly friendly or fake); he made recommendations on dessert. Would go back to this location again!
