Great food, good quantities and fair pricing. Area of town is not the greatest but we had no problems.

Food was decent, service was absolutely deplorable. Will never return to this spot, even if the meal was free.

Cute hole in the wall. Wouldn’t expect it to be so good considering its in a not so great area. Great California omelette. Gravy was ok. Waitress super sweet. Definitely would come again

I had dinner here last night around 8pm had the chili sized burger with some biscuits and gravy. The food was pretty basic, nothing special. The décor was also very nice, the waitress was very pleasant as well.

We came here after reading about it on Unilocal. We weren’t disappointed. Everyone here is so friendly(especially Saira)!! We tried the chiliquilles, camarones a la diabla and the mocajete caliente along with the shrimp cocktail. The only negative we came up with, needs a little more salt in the beans. As for our main entres… we LOVED them! Chiliquilles were saucy, but crisp. The camarones a la diabla were SPICY! The real star was the chorizo in the mocajete. Run don’t walk. We are definitely coming again soon! Thanks Saira.

I had the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes and gravy and salad. Now my review… mashed potatoes are not fresh they are instant mash from dehydrated potatoe flakes called spuds. Chicken fried steak taste like it was deep fried. And the salad i would not call a salad fake bag cheese old mushrooms no care to the lettace as it looked like it was ripped at the core. Question is would i eat here again. The answer is NO. Update. 11÷23÷15 DONOTEATHERE… Next day knowing this was the last food i ate at this restaurant i got badly sick vomitting my whole day yesterday was shot to hell. Rotton mushroom should have been a sign for me not to eat but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave that chance. I will be reporting them to Riverside County Health Department.

Ignore all the things you see that would make you want to avoid this place. — the pancakes are HUGE and fluffy. However many you think you want, order less — the bacon is thick and well cooked — the country bacon scramble was good,

This place is delish. Great service and food. Normally we go for their breakfast but the tacos and seafood are just as good. Skip dos Pablo’s and head here.

The Chilaquiles were spectacular with a spicy kick! I like how the waitress gave me the heads up too. And picking the homefries over the friojoles was an excellent decision. She stayed attentive despite one other customer dining at the time. Her greeting was friendly and caring along with her goodbye. The place is hole in the wall in a dumpy location, but that’s what gives it a down to earth feel and humbles you to appreciate what you have. The décor is country, and equally roomy. The booths make it a good place to hide out and study while snacking on the hearty sides they have. It’s great they serve breakfast anytime, but they also have lunch and mariscos. I was interested in the breakfast though and was not disappointed. The semi-steep prices are compensated by hearty portions. They also have a breakfast special Mon-Fri of two eggs, two pancakes, two sausages and bacon for $ 4.99! That’s a steal and I’m a big supporter of small business. I’ll be back when I feel like getting away from the speed of life to slow down a bit and enjoy what feels like a home-cooked meal.

I had never been inside as the area in and around that particular parking lot has an extremely HIGH crime rate… and it really doesn’t look real appealing from the outside. My friend convinced me to meet her and another gal for breakfast… how bad could the parking lot be at 9am… it was nearly empty —GOOD! The interior is just as sad looking as the exterior — extremely OLD and not updated ATALL… and it’s HUGE — with one poor waitress running back and forth all over the place. We all had the $ 4.99 breakfast special –2GIGANTIC pancakes(couldn’t even begin to finish them) 2 eggs, 2 bacon and 2 sausage(or you could have ALL bacon or sausage) The bacon strips were hugs and thick They are open all day-into dinner and the menu looks pretty good — but not in a million years would I go over there after dark… I read the sheriff’s report every day – and this center is usually in it! lol

My omelet was fantastic! Man size portion and football on all T.V.‘s made it a fantastic after church breakfast stop. The chili is store bought so ssn automatic no for my low carb regimen, but I probably wouldn’t have been able to finish if there were any more food on the plate(BTW, there should have been but I told them to hold the hashbrowns and toast). Pricing was reasonable I suppose, still cheaper than an IHOP omelet.

Great protions fresh and authentic mexican/american food. Price is resonable, service is average. We went there alot for awhile my wife doesnt like too make breakfast. The law of averages took over #1 do not try a weekend morning the average service turns too zero #2 two mornings in a row found hair in the food(home potatoes) #3 carpet has too go its dirty, and seems too be a haven for cockroaches we stopped going after the hair and first sight of the roaches. Waited a month and sat at a table and again cockroaches. Staff apologized and would not accept payment everytime there was something wrong but still, the food is good just clean it up!!! Its a shame that the effort on food is wasted on not making a simple fix

I’m impressed and will be back! The food was really well done! Slow service… Mostly because how the poor waitresses have to walk completely around a large bar area to get the food out to customers — makes no sense! I did not care for my Horchata, it tasted a bit off… The value was not that great either compared to «Vickie’s» on Limonite, but the quality was impressive. The area is a bit«1 star» which led to poverty stricken customers with loud screaming children… But, hell. My food was the bomb! PS: The marajuana dispensary is right across the street! Enjoy!

Food was Really good. Denver omelette had all kinds of veggies and ham. Pancakes were fluffy light and moist. Very good. Home fried potatoes were really good but could’ve been warmer. Our service though was pretty bad. We only saw her to order and one time during the meal. We had to wave down another waitress to get drink refills and then wave her down again after waiting ten minutes to get our check. On top of that they charged us the regular price Instead of the daily special price on the chalkboard at the entrance. The place was not especially crowded, but the waitstaff seemed disengaged and not very professional. I think they need training in customer service. I don’t think we’ll be back. There are too many places with good food AND good service.

My husband son and I love this place!!! They are fast. Efficient. Clean and homemade. They have your traditional American breakfasts. But do also serve menudo and chiliquiles AND nopales. I LVE me some nopales. An awesome Mexican breakfast dish. I love their salsa!!! I forgot if it was the weekends or weekdays but if you got a «regular» meal. The kid meal is free. That is a nice touch for such a small mom and pop place to offer that. I hope that a lot more people either Unilocal this place or just go and eat there a lot. This is a great find and would hate to see this place close or slow down in quality because it dosent generate enough business.(on the outside it looks a little rough. But once your in. Just like home) So… Please try this place out. You’ve been to worse. Try some thing new and delicious… Yummy yummy in my tummy as my 3 year old would say
