The Pandora Store

Absolutely, hands down, the WORST customer service ever! My sister had a terrible experience too, but I tried anyway and I hoped for the best. My necklace broke… For the SECOND time in in a few months time. I had only worn this necklace three times. The lady behind the counter could see that the clasp was twirked, but she wouldn’t even give me any help or tips on ways to fix it. She never even wanted to hold it to get a better look. Instead she offered I purchase another one. She was so rude and continually said, «We don’t do that here» over and over when I asked her if someone could look at it for me and try to help me fix it. I asked to speak to a manager, she said there was no manager on duty. I asked for the manager’s name and she refused. She went in the back to get a «business card for the manager» and left me out there for a good ten minutes. She came back said, I spoke to our manager, Melissa and she said to tell you, we can’t help you, She also said there would be no store manager in that location on site for three days. What?! I left and the amazing jewelry repair shop down the way fixed it in two minutes for free and said I wasn’t the first angry customer to come from Pandora with problems. NEVER going here again!

Love this Pandora store!!! All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again. :)

Went into exchange a ring sales lady was very rude. I was not happy with my service and will not be returning. I ended up not exchanging my ring and going to a different Pandora.

This is your go-​to store for Pandora jewelry. The staff are all super nice and knowledgeable. There is a great selection. Pandora is the perfect gift for any of the women in your life!

This is apparently the new trend for women: Fancy, expensive charms.
I’ll never understand it but if you have a woman in your life… 99% of the time this is what they want.
Store itself is small (as to be expected given it’s about bracelets) and the staff is helpful/​friendly.

Very nice store. Staff is friendly. I’ve recently purchased some gift for my wife here and was very happy. One of the few nice stores left in Tyler Mall.
