Waited at the Deli for 10 minutes while being ignored by a lady making a sandwich and the sushi lady. Ended up leaving and will get dinner some place else on the way home. Sushi lady finished refilling condiments and ignored me more, just went to cleaning dishes. I asked if anyone else was working here and the lady making the slowest sandwiches on planet earth said the third person was on lunch.

Went into vons on dec 22 to buy a bunch of gift cards. The lines were ridiculously long so i decided to use the self checkout lines. I have little children and wanted to get out asap. Once i got to the self help checkout, this older man Joe started yelling at my daughter for leaning on the scale. He was grumpy and rude. I spent about 400 dollars at your store. Next time ill take my business elsewhere where the employees are not unpleasant.

OK I’m sitting in the parking lot right now after spending an hour in the store to buy the things that I wanted for the day and I left empty-​handed.
I came in for $ 3 off $ 20 purchase and The girl came with a calculator and added up all my groceries and said I only spent $ 18 that was covered under this «deal» I made my total $ 35 adding stuff I didn’t really need. She still gave me trouble.
I hope this location goes out of business soon. Everything at this damn store is more expensive than any Stater brothers .You just lost the entire sale, but you saved $ 3.

Von’s does just fine when it comes to stocking up on groceries once a week. They usually carry everything I’m looking for and I have yet to run into any problems. It’s right down the street from me and the prices are awesome thanks to my handy von’s rewards card.

We have done our grocery shopping here a few times. Its nothing amazing, I mean that in the nicest way possible.
We do tend to go in at the end of the day so its nice & quiet. The store is cleaned very well & always stocked nicely. The prices are where they lose stars. I can not believe what they charge for some things. It’s ridiculous so I end up having to go to multiple stores to get what was too expensive at Vons.

I shop here regularly and this is my favorite grocery store. I do all the grocery shopping for my family. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and the store is always nice and clean. I also love the fact that there’s a Starbucks right inside the store and cupholders in every cart. This makes it perfect for those long shopping trips. I highly recommend this Vons.

I come here for wine. They have a large selection of alcohol and their sushi is better than most grocery stores because it is prepared fresh every day. There’s a Starbucks inside that is always kept busy.

The Vons chain in general are great grocery stores! I love there meat department and bakery items. This is my local store. The employees are always nice and quick to greet me and help if I have questions :)

I don’t know why they even advertise breakfast sandwiches. No one is ever at the counter and everyone walks past you without giving you a second glance. If you are lucky enough to find the mythical employee who makes these sandwiches I can tell you they are good but it’s not worth waiting for. Management needs to talk to their employees about customer service. You never leave a customer standing without asking if they need help! Come on!

For a supermarket Vons is a very good place to shop at. It is upscale and fancy inside this store. I am taking off one star because they could have a little better prices. I also hate the club card thing. The club card is just another way the Vons tracks their customers shopping habits. Maybe they do this so that they can raise the prices on the things that people buy the most. To me it is a gimmick to make customers think they are saving money when they really are not.

I popped into this Von’s for a quick, specific reason. However, they had such a nice floral section (I didn’t venture far into the store that day) that I am going to make a point of going again very soon!
I was able to get in and out and accomplish my goal quickly, with very good customer service.

Overall the store is quite nice and the employees are helpful… But one stands out: Debi B in the deli. I had a couple of questions and she not only answered them but went out of her way to help with ideas as well. Outgoing, upbeat and knowledgable.
