John is the man. Called him and had a great professional chat on the phone. Within 2 hours he was at my house ready to fix my problem and greeting me with a handshake. Problem was fixed within 20 minutes and I received great insight on maintaining my basement equipment. Happy customer when he left. Left again with another handshake. Highly recommended

If your looking for an honest, trustworthy fair priced bussines for your pluming, heating and air this is definitely a company worth trusting. Our furnace failed to work. Called around town for a resonable price, and an on-​call fast service, no one sounded like they understood how devastated we were. However John answered, excellent customer service we were treated kindly and had our heater up an running within 1hr ½ between my first call. Very professional and experts at what they do.

John and his crew were awesome. I was looking for some to repair or replace outdoor facet, & put in a backflow. don’t let the digging alarm you, and there was a lot. They put everything back as they found it or even better. I need sprinkler repair in the spring, and fall sprinkler clean up. I was very impressed, I will be contacting them abut the sprinklers. You pay for what you get

Sad really, but I called in on a Sunday for a simple repair on a leak under my sink. A very nice gentleman answered and said he could have a tech out to me in 1 – 1 ½ hrs. I agreed to the $ 120 min. charge too even show up and he said he’d have someone call me. 2 ½ hrs. later I call him (mind you this is on my only day off with 4 kids waiting to ‘do something’ with Dad) and he exclaims «Oh, he hasn’t called you yet? Then attempts to refer me to a bigger company and explains that he was referring my business, unbeknownst to me, to 911 plumbing. I agreed to wait and shortly thereafter received a call from the other company saying they’d be another hour. I just attempted to call this company back and no-​one answered. I called 911 Plumbing and cancelled then as well. Both companies showed poor customer service and zero communication and their pricing seems no cheaper than larger, more reputable outfits.
