Young lady was very polite and did her job. Only thing was that donuts had lots of nats around donuts. Plz fix the situation for our sanitary sake and well being. Thanks!

They screwed up my order after me asking four times for UNsweet ice tea (and tea without sugar) they made it with sugar any way, dumped in a whole, uncut lemon and when I tasted it and confirmed u sweet, not sweet please, I was told I would have to wait 10 mins for a replacement, and that I should just pay more for something else to help them out. I told them all of the offers had sugar, which I did not want. In a huff, the assistant manager told me I was wasting time complaining that he could be using to make the tea and would I JUST PLEASE pull up front and wait. Full scale service fail.

Suspicions confirmed: this is the WORST location I have ever had the displeasure of driving through. Literally 4 of my 5 visits here have been 10+ min waiting in line, only to have the wrong order and terrible customer service. Today they get 1 star for what looks like new staff, so at least there’s minimal effort to accommodate. However, still no effort to check orders before handing out your bag, let alone before swiping your card. DONUT LOVERS BEWARE!!!

Fast quick easy and clean, it doesn’t get much better than this for Dunkin’ Donuts. Parking lot is a little tight coming in. You always seem have that person who thinks there have the special parking spot at the front door blocking traffic.
So I give it one star for customers and I give it four stars for the Dunkin’ Donuts experience.
