I usually come here without a problem but this morning at 6AM I went there to get two bagels and two coffees. I’m assuming she was the manager(middle-aged Hispanic woman in a light blue shirt) Who gave me my *Hot* coffee without a heat guard and then proceeded to hand me the heat guard separately causing me to burn my hand struggling to put the heat guard on the cup. I watched her run my card and throw away the receipt when I asked her for it she lied to me and told me she put it in the bag. Extremely aggravated with this visit. That woman should not be a manager.

They never get my order right. Who puts sugar crystals in an ice coffee?! Cleanliness is definitely not a strong point either…

Most Dunkin’ Donuts stores leave me wondering why I even bother but this one gets my order right and has happy employees every time… I actually drive past two other Dunkin’ Donuts to come to this one and I drive past work and then go back because they have done there job.

This location is on the way to work so I used to go several times a week. After today, I give up. They have gotten my order wrong a truly embarrassing number of times and they overcharged me multiple times as well. They have dropped my change on the ground in the drive thru and not apologized or tried to recover it. I try to be pretty reasonable, no one is perfect 100% of the time, but if you can’t make a small iced coffee in the 20 minutes I had to sit and wait for it(again), your employees aren’t cutting it. Absolutely terrible. Wish I could give negative stars.

This is a mess. It is 130 there are 10 people in drive thru, many just leaving. Woman came on speaker and said they were busy if I wanted to walk inside. Are you kidding me! I said I wanted a coffee. I ordered two and she said no I can only take one. It’s just not worth it. Where is the management?

Jaques’ attitude towards me when I ordered, ended up with my drink being spilled and my order being wrong. I never been so disrespected in my life. Jaques made me stop liking donuts and coffee. The location was was amazing but Jaques’ energy was very harsh. I ordered 2 croissant sandwiches, a blueberry muffin, & a couple iced coffee’s. She rang me up for everything and misinterpreted what she rang up and what I said I guess. So she said to the gentleman in the back making the sandwiches to make me something totally different and gets mad at me saying she didn’t ring me up for croissants and that wasn’t my order. My drink got knocked over in the middle of discussing the miscommunication and messed up my blue suede shoes. I then forgot to fill up my tank and got back on the highway. Ruined everything. I would really like to know what will be done about this please. My experience was not great here

The only reason I could even give this place one star is location. Super close to the turnpike so it is convenient for work. However that’s good in theory. Literally EVERY time I come to this location, they screw up my drink, then ask me to pull up to the front so they can fix it and bring it out to me. Defeats the purpose of the drive through saving time. I don’t understand how it’s so difficult to handle putting in skim milk with an extra shot of espresso. Lord grant me patience. I wish Starbucks would come take over the location!

Don’t know what to say, it is a dunkin donuts. Great coffee and the people are very nice and friendly. Sometime the drive through line is not the best option, but it’s nice to slow down and go in for a cup of coffee too.
