Zaxby’s

Went in at 10:45am. No one in line. Stood there to order. 5 employee’s looked at me and walked by behind the counter. Not one said «hey, hang in one minute and we will be right with you». They just looked and ignored. Shouldn’t have to stand at a quick serve place and ask someone to take my order. Waited several minutes, and it became apparent I was invisible, so I left. Horrible customer service. Chick Fil A was happy to take my money.

Horrible. The wings were too small to be chicken; pigeon wings perhaps? The fries were extremely oversalted. We also got the chicken salad sandwich which was so-​so. Normally, I enjoy their salads and I regret branching out. The staff was completely disinterested. Would not eat at this location again. Poor experience.

If you had one Zaxby’s you’ve had them all. Food is good.

I have tried Zaxby’s twice here and Roanoke Rapids North Carolina and I can safely say without a shadow of a doubt that the food there there’s absolutely 100% the worst food I’ve ever had. It’s overpriced it has no flavor the sauce is extremely salty and sour it’s a bad restaurant. A restaurant that only serves chicken tenders on their sandwiches in their boxes or whatever else they throw it together with a salad it is a terrible terrible restaurant and clearly they did not think this through before they built this monstrosity here I received a coupon for a free meal there and I could not finish it because it tasted so bad it was badly done over cooked chicken with a piece of toast dry toast. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone ever. People that have asked me that I used a coupon and I said yes but I didn’t finish the meal and I tried to feed it to my dogs and they rejected the food and they eat there own poop. I would never ever go to this restaurant ever again and all the people that I have told that the food was bad has never want to go there either. So if you eat there and you enjoy it Bön Appetit because you have no taste as well if you want chicken go to a good chicken place that has flavor at least something to offer with the food not just chicken and a piece of dry bread. Do not bother but this restaurant.

Not family friendly. No changing table and no highchair for kids in between the infant bucket and 3 yeas old. Only one for big toddlers.

This is my favorite new fast food restaurant in the Roanoke Rapids area. Wings, tenders, sandwiches, salad, it doesn’t matter! I love Zaxbys. The service is fast and friendly and the food is consistently tasty

Never heard of Zaxby’s but reviews were good & just right outside my hotel window. I got the house salad w/​grilled chicken &bottled water. It was the best salad ever!!! I didn’t really check out their menu, on a diet, trying to stick with healthy choices. The restaurant is clean & bright. Service was what I expect from the south” friendly” As I was eating my salad and observing, I said to myself «they sure are friendly «I really enjoyed my salad, I ate the whole thing. Will definitely visit this restaurant again & recommend it to others.

RJ and I were going to stop somewhere else but he saw Zaxby’s and said I needed to try it. OMG was it good! We had the Cajun Club Chicken Sandwich. Blackened chicken, bacon, ranch, green leaf lettuce, tomato and American cheese on a toasted bun. The chicken is so juicy and the fries were crispy and fresh. I would like to try one of their salads, they look fantastic!
