My family’s visit was a disaster. We went in about 30min for they closed and the place was pretty dead. Supposedly there was a table of 20 guests on the other side of the building that I couldn’t see, couldn’t hear, or observe leaving. When we first sat down the waiter Will greeted us eventually and took drink orders. 15 min later he brought our soft drinks and milk for my daughter. After we finally got our drinks he took our order. He forgot the straws and never came back to check on us until the food was delivered to our table. By then I had stood up and found straws because I couldn’t find him. The other waiter on duty in our section visited his table a few times before food arrived and was more attentive. The food arrived old and cold. When the cook put the food on the plates there was spillage from the beans and it was all dry and crusted. The cheese from my and my wife’s Texmex dishes were rock hard from sitting out for so long. The waiter’s excuse was he was helping another waiter clean up after the 20 guest table left which myself and wife never saw. The manager comp’d our meals because she was really embarrassed for how the food was delivered and how poor the service was. Finally I let the manager know that the 3 tables arounds us even remained dirty for the entire hour and ½ we stayed there while there were plenty of waiters cleaning up the restaurant for closing but the tables never got cleaned up. While we were waiting and eating we got to see the tables of other people’s old dinners. I would avoid this Chili’s. Go to any of the other 30 eateries in the area.

Everytime I come here the service gets worse. Tonight Anna was our waiter and it was just horrendous service. I basically did her job asking for refills on chips, sodas, etc. Food always tastes the same, no real issue there… just wouldn’t waste my time with the staff. Just order take-out, will thank me later.

What can you say, Chilis is Chilis. Still, these folks are super cool and attentive. Never seems to be a lag in service and the food is… well, its Chilis.

We love Chili’s. One of the few places I can take the kids and they will actually eat. Unfortunately, this location falls short in every category. So disappointed. I’m not one to write reviews but I just had to after last night’s particularly bad experience. Our server was terrible. We got the check before our food came out and when it finally did, mine was delivered a full 7 minutes after everyone else’s. Ordered the«lighter choice» steak well done and with it came a wicked case of stomach cramps at no extra charge. Awesome.

So we decided to give this location another chance to win back our business. This visit was horrible, why isn’t management walking around the restaurant checking to make sure your poor excuse for servers are doing there job! It started off with our waiter coming to our table which you cold totally tell he was messed up on something, got our drink order and some time much later we received our drinks and appetizer. We mistakenly asked for more tortillas chips to finish the queso and salsa. I had fajitas more onions then meat with cold tortillas hubby had ribs which were way under seasoned. Also there was 1 refills given on our drinks even though we asked and we waited over 20 minuets for the first refills. This place needs to close or redo there GM and mangers. When we left, we walked past the hostesses stand was a largely written paper that had curse words!

Tried Chili’s again yesterday to try to give them the benefit of the doubt. We ordered take out. I had a mushroom Burger(that’s all they gave me, where were the fries that was ordered with it ??) We also had an order for ribs. Those were poor quality ribs mostly nothing but fat on bones(very little to no meat) I told my wife reluctantly ok, lets order out tonight. If I had known they still hadn’t improved we would not have ordered. Expected much better but as always here lately just disappointed with this place. Cannot recommend them. What happened to this place it use to be good

Had lunch here recently with some co-workers. I started with the southwestern eggrolls, which were a not-so-great version of a dish that I first had at slightly more upscale competitor BJ’s Brewhouse. There was way too much wrapper for too little filling, and the taste didn’t wow me. For the main course, I selected the boneless buffalo chicken salad. It was OK, but I wish they would focus less on high carb additives such as tortilla strips and more on crisp, fresh lettuce and other vegetables. The chicken, however, was good and had a nice but not overpowering heat. I’ll be honest, I haven’t really been a big fan of Chili’s since they, well, stopped selling chili(yes, they really used to sell bowls of chili, and it was pretty good). The food I had on this trip was average, but I’ve certainly had worse.

Decent food and service. Typical American fare. Weak margaritas.

worst experience ever. My wife and I were passed over numerous times on a busy Friday night while waiting for a table. When I checked with the host, we were basically told, it’s because you’re a two top. He stated, «We are told to sit the bigger parties first on busy nights.» Really!?! I’ve worked in restaurants before, and I’ve never heard of a restaurant doing that. By that logic, we could have waited hours to be seated, as there were numerous parties larger than ours piling into the restaurant. It was only after that, were we finally seated. When we were finally seated, the waiter was nice; however the service was slow and we didn’t see him very often. He did apologize for the wait/slow service, so that was appreciated. Lastly, the GM, or whoever he was, decided it would be a good night to have his wife, three kids, and two of their friends in the restaurant. Once again. Really!?! It’s a Friday night. I think the thing that bugged us the most about this, is the GM didn’t attend to any of the paying customers. He spent the whole night catering to his family and didn’t bother to make sure the other customers were being taken care of. Not to mention, his children were not the most well behaved. Between the one shouting f@ggot at his brother(while in the waiting area) and the other two throwing up the middle finger doing their«dance», we were very disturbed. Needless to say, we will not be visiting this Chili’s ever again. Terrible management of the restaurant and horrible customer service. Food; however, was pretty good.

Overall: Chilis restaurants are everywhere in Texas for some reason. I get that it’s supposed to be southwestern food, and this is southwestern territory so that’s probably why. This Chilis is pretty good, and fairly clean. Food: Same as any other Chilis, although the food seems to be somewhat fresher and just-cooked than other locations. Service: Service with a smile as always, Chilis waitresses generally tend to be pretty nice. Service was fast, although we had to wait for a bit for the bill. Cost: Same as any other Chilis restaurants, cost ranges anywhere from 5.99−19.99+.
