Chili’s

The service was SPLENDID! The food was amazing. It took a little bit of time (maybe 5 min) to get seated because we came in around lunch time. The staff was kind and very helpful. The prices are also amazing. I’d recommend the Carnitas Tacos and the Berry Dessert. Also, the ribs and enchilada soup are amazing! They have plenty of seating and I’d recommend that you sign up for the rewards program because it pays off.

The service is bad because the servers don’t seem to care and managers are rarely seen holding them accountable (by walking the floor and checking with guests to make sure service us okay).
The food is bad. Soggy chicken tenders that taste like they were microwaved sums up this place.

Ok. I’m going to start off by saying that my husband and I actually like Chili’s. Good food, good margaritas, and decent service. It’s a good lunch place or just casual dinner; however, today we learned our lesson on ordering any drink other than their house/​well drinks. We sat at the bar across from the well and watched the bartender make every drink. Never did he pour anything other than their house liquor. Those top shelf drinks you order that come in the Patron shakers? Yeah… Those are well tequila with a splash of OJ. Unless you are sitting at the bar where you can watch them make your drinks, I’d suggest sticking to house margaritas or soft drinks. You definitely aren’t getting what you pay for.

Deserves a negative star. Took forever to get anyone to take our order. Our order was messed up. Folks next to us had the same issues. Absolutely horrible service. Last time here.

Service was horrible and food was worse. Ordered drinks and bottomless chips and salsa. Asked several times for refills and was ignored. Ordered chicken crispers, big bite burgers, and a buffalo chicken sandwich for the three of us. Chicken was slimy, burgers burnt, food was cold. Waitress had a chip on her shoulder and was hateful and rude. Asked to see the manager and was told there was no manager available. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived, yet we had a longer than average wait for service and food. Save your money and done somewhere else.

Eh… so a bit like eating just outside the kitchen of a high-​school home economics class. Well, to be fair, it was EXACTLY like eating just outside the kitchen of a high-​school home economics class.
From the waitress telling us they had ran out of «cabaret», to most of the server staff congregating in our corner of the dining room sharing earphones and rolling napkins to «Party in the USA», our meal was graced with the drama and poise that can only come from the junior class elite.
Even though we kept expecting scantily clad women to sing German show tunes, the promised cabaret never arrived and my wife settled for a glass of bottom shelf Cabernet Sauvignon.
Honestly though, my fajitas were complete crap. I am impressed, however, that when they apparently ran out of real food in 2007, some 16 year old had the presence of mind to go to Walmart and buy a several year supply of Sam’s Good Value Frozen Fajita Kits. That’s the only explainable way they tasted the way they did.
Let’s go ahead and call it, this place has coded.

But hey, Woot! Seniors of (insert appropriate year) rule! Since it now seems like an ongoing class project: grade D-.

Terrible service! The restaurant was practically empty and it still took 20 minutes just to order the food took even longer to come out. The wait staff was not attentive at all and it got to the point that we had to leave ended up having to get food to go and it was still wrong. This is not my first bad experience at this location, this was the straw that broke the camels back sorry but I won’t be back

No. Besides that it’s a total chain, this location has screwed up too many times on our orders. Plus, they changed the marinade to the fajitas a couple of years ago. Why???

We always order take out from this location. They have it together unlike some places that never manage to get everything in the bag that we ordered. The phone is set up to go right to take out & the employees that take out order are always kind & helpful. They read the order back to me, give me my total & a time it will be ready. It never fails, always ready on time. Food is packed well, condiments in their containers & it’s still warm when we get it home.
Couldn’t ask for anything more that that.

Went to this Chili’s for the first time in two years. They have changed G. M’s the service was good! The food wad good and correct. A Huge difference from the last time we were there. I would prefer if they and many other restaurants would not use the same towel to clean all the tables.

The worst Chili’s I have ever been to ever. The food came out wrong and cold. The waitress had to be the worst. She could only bring one thing at a time. Be aware.

Got a southern burger today with fries and a side cesear salad togo. My roommate got it on their way home for me, and a half hour after I called he got there and they didn’t even have my order! Not even close to done, and no apologises. Once he got home, the burger was almost bleeding red, the fries weren’t seasoned at all and the salad had wilted lettuce. How disappointing. $ 16 for that?!

Seriously, find someplace else. This restaurant is a perfect example of how a business can survive simply because there are few other options nearby. Service is extremely slow. There was only one bartender on a Saturday night who barely acknowledged us. We decideded to get a table… but that made things worse. Did he conspire with others to mess with us after that? Did they look at us as «Problem Customers»? Perhaps there is no way to know for sure but one thing is certain, we got really bad service. Not only did it take a really long time to get our order, but when it did arrive it was the wrong order, looked like garbage AND was served on dirty plates. I mean DIRTY (see photo)… Both the plate with the meal as well as the plate underneath. How is that possible if not intentional or at least negligent? This store gives the Chilli’s chain a bad name. I’m normally a big fan of Chilli’s but this location is so bad I would rather drive another 10 miles than come back here. BTW this was our 2^nd visit … The first one was also messed up, although not to this degree. That first visit was simply a matter of slow & unprofessional waiter. We figured it was worth giving them a 2^nd chance. But now we see the problems are much deeper. Hope corporate comes around and cleans housep

Spent nearly $ 60 bucks on take out and EVERYTHING WAS COLD, REALLY COLD even though I was exactly on time. Also, all the food boxes had been placed in the carry out sacks on their sides so everything was a jumbled food mess. I have purchased from the restaurant several times ad have just watched the food quality slide down every time.
TIME TO CALL IT QUITS AND REMOVE CHILIS FROM THE LIST OF ACCEPTIBLE PLACES FOR TAKE OUT.

I have a soft spot for Chili’s.
When I was younger, and we all started getting our driver’s licenses, we used to go to Chili’s. It was a big deal to go to a restaurant and for whatever reason we fixated on this place. Not this actual Chili’s, mind you — I’m just providing some backstory. I wouldn’t recommend a Chili’s, but I always like going to one for lunch or something.
I went to this one for the first time the other day. Service was ok — it was super slow after we got our food — it wasn’t all that busy, but we were never offered another drink, etc. They have these touch-​pad things at each table now — which are kinda neat — mostly it’s garbage BUT you can pay your check right then and there without having to wait for the waiter/​waitress to steal your card number! You can even get a printed receipt right there.
The food is still the same after all these years; the southwestern eggrolls have lost that luster — they tasted good — but also tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for some time. I got a turkey club sandwich, which I liked, but that toasted bread they use — it’s the kind where it’s SO rough it scrapes up the roof of your mouth. Still hurts.
So — yah it’s a Chili’s. In the middle of nowhere. Well, they’re building more stuff around here but god knows why.

This Chilis location has a clean dining and bar area with lots of sports on 9 big TVs making it a fun and friendly atmosphere. The servers and bar tenders work together very harmoniously to provide excellent customer service and delivering consistently good food and drinks. The manager is often present and visible, providing support to his staff and is also friendly and approchable. Having lots of experience in both customer service and food service, I recognize and appeciate good teams that work together toward a common goal of providing a good experience to the community and this team shows that time and time again. good job

If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would. Dear goodness, crappy service and crappy food, slow as hell, disorganized too. This is my third and last time. This manager needs to go along with half the staff. What the hell kinda chain is this? This is the only chilis I’ve been to that clearly wants to be run into the ground. Never again.

Service is great and the food is good for a chain.

Ok this location used to be notoriously slow and didn’t have the most friendly people working there so didn’t go for a few years. Last night I went and Angela was our waitress in the bar. She was so friendly and so responsive it changed my mind and I will give it a chance again

Used to LOVE Chili’s growing up! Been several times to this location and others and have been very disappointed. Food is just not good. The only thing I have enjoyed in recent visits is the good old reliable chips and salsa.
