Visited here yesterday after a horrible experience with an authorized dealer store in bonsac. This Verizon store is awesome they helped us with what we needed/​wanted and even threw in some extras for a great deal! The staff is super friendly and very helpful! I will always shop at this Verizon store from now on, because they know what they are doing! Even if they are busy, it is totally worth the wait!

Let me start by saying, I have ALWAYS despised going to the Verizon store! Everyone makes you feel as if you are a walking commission payment and nothing ever seems genuine. And then Joseph happened!
My contract was going to be up next month so I wanted to see what kind of «deal» I could work out with them and I also was interested in purchasing an iPad for my daughter for Christmas. From the start, Joseph was honest and answered each of my questions I had for him. I never felt hassled or pressured to make a purchase or to renew my contract. He actually helped me lower my monthly bill all while getting the iPad as well.
I can’t believe what a difference 1 salesman could make in the way I have felt about Verizon for over 4 years! I would definitely recommend this location to other people and especially to stop there to visit Joseph.

Visiting this store makes dealing with the DMV a pleasure! Some of the associates are very arrogant and cocky trying to make you feel like an idiot when you have a problem with your device. They certainly don’t care about your time!
