Went to the UPS Store, need to send some of my thing back to my other needing help to get the boxes out of my car trunk, Mark came running with a store cart.
Great Service, Fast, and Courteous. This is the second time I’ve used this location. From Now On,

Counter folks were nice. Management at this location was rude and unhelpful. I had a prepaid return that I dropped off. No big deal. Went in with no issues. The next day, I came home in the package is sitting on my front porch. Somehow the manager said the UPS guy must’ve skanned the wrong label. Imagine it could happen. My complaint is the managers attitude. I don’t know if she was the owner or the manager but she claims she is only at that location once a month and basically my inconvenience is my problem, even though I have been that her store. No solution, no sympathy. No nothing.
So now I have to be inconvenienced and re-drop it off again. I know there are mistakes, but once again, this is the bedside manner of the manager. That’s why I hate going into these little stores. Next time, I will do everything that I can to use FedEx.
