I wasn’t really into Alex and Ani at first. I avoided the early fad, and eventually acquired a few pieces as gifts. I ended up really liking them(the bracelets with wood material are my favorite). I like that they are made in America, and it prompted me to visit last year for the first time. I was in search of American made gifts for the family I was going to live with in Poland. I wanted to buy gifts for the children, including three teenage girls. These were the perfect gifts. I bought them each a simple charm bracelet, and I can’t tell you how much they enjoyed them! It prompted me to return again a few days ago to buy a gift for their cousin who I’ll be staying with in Spain in just a few weeks. Every time I’ve been into this store, I’ve had a positive experience. I think the prices are reasonable, and they make for good gifts. Made in America has it’s bonuses, and I like that. The girls working there have always been helpful and supportive. The last time I was in, I dragged my husband along(he was looking positively scruffy by the way), and we were treated kindly, and he even commented how he had a positive impression from the store. Who’d have thought?

I finally went in and checked it out. I don’t understand the hype. Glad to know stuff is made here in the USA but it’s not really my style. It seems to be theme based when I went in it was going all gangbusters. Maybe a big sale looks like people were getting helped but I was kind of an afterthought. Not my style but if you have girlfriends into it go for it.

VERYVERYVERYRUDEGIRLS. never ever had a problem before but now the girls here are AWFUL. worst customer service and I will not return to the culver location. Samantha was very rude, sarcastic, and cuts you off when you try to speak. Very disappointed.

*100th review in 2014… Whoop Whoop!* I stopped in today for a last minute Christmas gift, and it was rightfully absolutely insane(the perils of shopping 3 days before Christmas)! Despite the store being very, very busy, they had traffic flow and control down to a T. Upon entering, a sweet sales associate directed arriving customers to check with so that they could send a sales associate to you once one was free. Despite it being very busy, I was waiting less than five minutes before an associate came over to help. She was pleasant, to the point and helpful. I absolutely love their bangles, they’re affordable, have tons of different themes, and offer some precious metals(I own the truth bangle in 14K gold and it is absolutely gorgeous). I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted, but told the associate the recipient of the gift liked shinier jewelry. She recommended a birthstone bangle, and it’s perfect. Love a quick and easy shopping experience! While the checkout line was long(out the shop door long), it moved quickly with multiple cashiers getting people in and out as quick as they could. They also had a table with cookies and tea and coffee set up, which I thought was a really cute touch. All in all, I love how spacious this store is compared to the Victor location, and I found the perfect gift! Kudos to their staff, really, I was super impressed with how on top of everything they were!

I came here to get some Christmas gifts for a friend and family member and I was very happy with my experience. The store had just opened for the day so it wasn’t very full and I could easily view all of the items and chat with the associate. I enjoyed that one associate helped me through out and it was like she ‘claimed’ me and no one else pounced on me. She showed me the different collections and then let me look around on my own. When I wanted to see a couple of the bracelets she was quick to pull them out for me. I was happy she never tried to up sell me. She didn’t ask if I wanted to see this bracelet or that one and she was content with my purchase of just the 2 bracelets. The prices vary but the bracelets I got were each $ 28.00 which I feel is a good price since they are now so popular. The store also recently expended so they have more stock. Overall, I will come back to this location if I need to get any more shopping done from Alex and Ani. I was happy with my experience and impressed with the sales associate.

The jewelry here is all made in the US and from recycled materials. While I do not particularly care for the aesthetics of their jewelry, it seems quite popular(when I went in, they were picked over from the holiday season and hadn’t had a chance to restock yet). The bracelets average $ 30 – 40 each(but they have pieces that are in the $ 90 – 100 range). Most of the jewelry have certain ‘themes’ associated with them(eg. «positive energy», «love»). I was told that the ‘gold’ bracelets were made of brass and Russian gold plated. This lends a more vintage-y look to the gold which I thought was unique. The sales lady was extremely helpful and did not try to up-sell me on anything. She showed me all the pieces I wanted to take a closer look at and didn’t show an iota of annoyance. I would come back to shop for those who enjoy the Alex and Ani style.

Nice shop, helpful folks but they are out of a lot of stuff and do not stock the rings.
