Grillnation is a new burger restaurant in the Oakland University food court. It replaces Coyote Jacks which was also a burger and fries place. Grillnation offers a modest selection of burgers along with fries and chicken wings. I sampled a burger the other day and it was OK, no home run here. Like Coyote Jacks it uses a flavored mayo sauce with a bit of a south west kick. I like the addition of the chicken wings, but haven’t tried them yet. My only complaint was that the buns were dry and stale, a common problem at the OU food court. Overall it was your standard burger joint. Not that great, but not bad either.
