Wow, I have been getting pizza and wings at Nick’s for over a year and love everything I have ordered. I thought it would be nice to get a pizza for dinner tonight to pick up and take home. I am told it’ll take 25 minutes. I get there about 5 minutes early and I am told it will be a couple of minutes. No Problem. 20 minutes later I have not gotten my pizza yet. I decide to ask about my pizza and I am told a couple more minutes. I heard this 20 minutes ago and now I am upset. I decide I’m not going to wait and ask for a refund. The owner Nick comes out and tells me it will be a couple of more minutes. I try to tell him I heard this 20 minutes ago and would like a refund. He immediately begins to berate me and tells me I need to get a life. He then asks me why I’m in such a rush and then asked if I had a funeral to go to. Nick goes on to tell me has been doing this his whole life and does not need customers like me. The whole thing could have been avoided if someone had come out to me and said. Sorry your pizza did not go in until now and it will be another 25 minutes. I wouldn’t have been happy but I would have respected the honesty and gotten over it. Again, love the food but did not like the way I was treated.

Really amazing gluten free pizzas as well as deserts. The gluten free crust is home made. There specialty pizza is also great, awesome crust and only a 10 minute drive from RIT. Owners are very nice and since on them has celiac very aware of gluten free.

Best pizza in town! Everything we’ve ever gotten is delicious! Love the sauce they use on the pizza, has the perfect amount of spice to it.

This place is great to pick up gluten free items, you have to ask for it because it’s behind the counter, but their gluten free bread is the closest thing to «real tasting» bread I’ve found. They also have a good selection of gluten free pastas. They’ve also got AMAZING cannolis!

Love, love, LOVE their white garlic pizza. We get them delivered to work(near the chili Walmart plaza) and they disappear quickly.

I love their gluten-free menu. The pizza is fabulous. The desserts are amazingly divine. The cupcakes have the most delicious frosting ever.

I give this 5 stars for their gluten free menu. Finally — a gluten free pizza that tastes like pizza. They have other GF pastas and desserts as well.

Every once in awhile someone will drive through their storefront so in addition to having pretty good meatballs this place also comes with a little slice of danger. The pizza isn’t anything great, but I like the meatballs a lot, the chicken-parm isn’t bad either. They also make some good tri-colored cookie things(I imagine they have a proper name, but that’s what I call them), and cannolis. Pretty decent — for Chili I’m giving them 4 stars.

I like Nick’s. Not only is it a good Italian deli, it’s a tasty pizza joint to boot. I suggest the Sicilian tomato sauce on your pizza. Also try the wings with their special Anthony’s sauce. Delicious. The wings are crispy and well coated. The pizza is very tasty with a good dough base and hearty toppings. And be sure to grab some cookies or cannolis on your way out.
