Target

I came here go grab a movie. It was stocking day. This Target is clean and the prices are lower than some other targets and they large a lot of clearance items. I love that they combine manufacture coupons, Target cartwheel, and Target credit card for extra savings.

It’s a large store, but I found it hard to find specific items. I was looking for a bathroom mirror and circled around forever before coming across some mirrors. When we asked someone, they directed us to a section that was home fixings without mirrors. I think ultimately, they didn’t even sell this item, but it was annoying nonetheless.

Its target… so…its pretty much the same as any other target. I think this one is a little bigger than some of the other area targets. I go in quite often for different things and it is always pretty quick. The only issue I have ever had is that they tend to only have a couple registers open and sometimes the lines can get a little long.

Such a great alternative to Walmart across the street and the nearby mall. They keep this store clean and well stocked.

Unlike the majority of votes on Unilocal,I like this Target. It might be nothing fancy or special, just like other targets across the country; but It is nice and clean, the colors are warm and inviting. The staff are very willing to help and the house brand comes in a reasonable price and is usually comparable in quality with competing brands.
The grocery section is the only quibble I have about this place; it is small and does not provide as many items as I wish they would.
They usually give out coupons after your purchase which could be tempting and make you come back for more. Their website is concise in terms of providing the info regarding the availability and price of different items.

Great marketing with the smell of popcorn right as you walk in. I think about stopping to get food every time. Safe alternative to WalMart but you do play a little bit more. Never a long wait for check out which is a plus.

Lori was extremely helpful in finding a pair of boots and putting them on hold at another location for me! She spent a lot of time on hold and I really appreciate her help! Apparently she got hung up on three times, but she hung I there for me! I always find the cashiers very friendly and Zenobia, who is the front end manager (?), Is always very helpful.

This Target is a bit larger than the one in Webster, and it’s not located in the former Irondequoit Mall, so for that reason, is my second favorite Target in Rochester.
The main reason I like it is that I don’t have to deal with Henrietta traffic when I visit.
Otherwise is a larger Target, much like the larger Targets you will find across this country, nothing special.

I give up trying to find inexpensive clothes. Cosmetics, housewares, electronics are All good though.

I’m actually reviewing the pharmacy here! :) It’s a great pharmacy. Clean, fast, professional, they remember people by name and make things work for you. The phone refill line works great. Friendly and super-​caring. I recommend it to anybody!

Target… stuck somewhere between the mundane and the deep blue chi-​chi. The veneer has worn off a bit, the clearance discounts not quite as deep as they used to be, but I still dig Target’s approach to retailing. This particular Target has modified it’s floor plan and added a deeper grocery section, so you CAN do a little grocery shopping here if you like. Not quite sold on that concept but hey, YMMV.
On the whole this Target is pretty well run. Henrietta contains some very high volume retailers & I find myself at this store more than others. I’ve found, at times, that sale items here tend to be missing tags… which makes it hard to determine what is on sale at any given moment. The good news? It’s not hard to find a red-​shirted employee to help you snag an advertised item.
All-​in-​all, it’s a better shopping experience than WalMart!

Ok so the 2 stars is because it’s target and I almost always walk out of there with 5 times the stuff I came for buuuuuut lucky for me not at this location :/ .
Every time I walk in this one which is maybe 1 a year I get a feeling of sudden depression. I feel like I’m in that movie «The Faculty» but its set in target.
So on this glorious trip my main reason for coming was the shampoo/​beauty section.MISTAKE. Everything was in disarray and all aisle were blocked by carts as they were I’m guessing rearranging. Which is fine but seriously in the morning when everyone is out? How about at night right before closing or after closing? I didn’t want to move one of the workers carts out of the way so I asked politely if I could get down one of the isle’s .

Geesh I guess I should of just moved it myself. Forget the people at the checkout you would think everyone shopping there is to blame for their boo moods.
Sigh I will stick with the Chili location

I don’t know if things have changed since the last reviewer reviewed this Target, or if she just went at a bad time, but I thought this Target location was great! It was clean and tidy in the normal Target fashion. I was able to find what I was looking for as well as some great deals on clearance. This place was well stocked and the staff was friendly.
p. s. I imagine it gets crazy at college move in time, but when I went in October, the place was virtually empty.

It might be pointless that I’m reviewing yet another Target store, but boredom prevails.
It needs to be known that if you’re looking for a toothbrush case, do yourself a favor and don’t come to this location. You will push your cart through masses of shoppers and discarded items scattered on the floor for thirty minutes trying to find a measly 99-​cent toothbrush case until you find one in the pharmacy between fungus cream and aspirin.
I don’t know if it’s the way it is in Rochester, but you will find stuff in the strangest places here. The medium and large trash bags are located in the food section while the small trash bags can be found in the toothbrush/​toothpaste aisle. Office supplies are tucked away in the back behind the aisle with bathroom curtains and accessories.
On top of that, the store always seems to be packed. Maybe it’s because everyone can’t leave until they find what they’re looking for, and the store’s layout isn’t helping at all!
