Unlimited pancakes. Quick turnaround on service. Fast and friendly staff. The white girl, Marleigh was rude but we had the young man who was quite friendly. I enjoy this place very much and take my girlfriend here and in other International House of Pancakes locations.

Classic breakfast. Like usual, everything’s sticky and the bacon is limp. Yummy, but the hash-​browns and everything seemed undercooked.

I enjoy going to this IHOP location. Super crowded on Sunday mornings. Service is always great and friendly. Food is good — based on other IHOP locations I visited.

Very popular spot in Rock Hill, I can always count on IHOP to provide good food in a prompt fashion. Even though it was packed on a Saturday morning and I had to circle the parking lot twice to find a space, I was greeted and states as soon as I walked in the door. Michelle was all smiles and provided attentive service even though I was redeeming my free birthday breakfast. (If you sign up to IHOP’s e-​club you get a free breakfast on your birthday and anniversary of signing up).
I tried the strawberry splasher drink which is a combo of orange juice, lemon lime soda and strawberries. Its pretty good and definitely different. It has free refills while a glass of straight O.J. isn’t free to refill.
Definitely recommend. Clean and friendly.

What a joke… IHOP false advertisement on National Pancake Day! After advertising free short stake of pancakes until 10 PM… which is what gave us the hankering for pancakes we arrive and find out from tons of unhappy people in line that this particular IHOP decided to cut off the free pancakes at 2:00 INSTEAD OF 10:00 PM… THEY WERE SO SMUG ABOUT IT, THEY EVEN HAD A ROCK HILL POLCE OFFICER THERE… TO HANDLE ALL THE COMPLAINTS. Nice decision by ownership on the bait and switch tactic… well not only will we never go back, but plan on telling everyone I know not to… It is just the way the handled it that was so wrong, and we were going to order a regular meal as well, but because they were making a point to let everyone know that this IHOP decided to make the rules up as the go… So we left as did tons of other people.

Typical iHop wasn’t extremely good or terribly bad. The waitress was nice. Not crowded and we went around 5pm on a Saturday. I ordered one of those healthy under 600 calorie breakfast meals. Wife had a fried cheese cake covered in bananas and strawberries. One of the kids had chicken strips and fries, the other kids had grits and bacon. Everyone ate and seemed satisfied. Food was not bad, but just not something you would tell someone about.

Very bad service I was here having dinner with my wife and kids. It took so long to be seated on a slow night. The waitress did not come take our order until we ask who are waiter was… she was in the corner chatting away with the other employees. So she takes our order like she didn’t care and was rushing us. So time pass and the food comes out at DIFFERENT TIMES!!! My wife got her food first 30min later i got my food and drinks! Where’s the rest of my order!!! She then went to go get it. When she came back she handed me the bill. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I had enough. So i ask to speak with the manager and so he came over. I told him what was going on and he just kinda smiled as if he didnt care and said i will look into this matter and walks away and just smiles at the waitress who was serving us. Never again will i take my family to this establishment!

its IHOP what can i say — well i can say that the manager that is usually there is always attentive; personable & friendly & he definitely gets an A in my book for customer service. He helps the staff with seating & hes constantly running around making sure everything is on task. Just like a manager is supposed to do. The wait staff is pretty good. there are some that are slower than others but for what they lack in speed they make up in kindess & a warm personality.

Went there with some of my friends and had great time, the service was good and the food tasted awesome! Pretty satisfied with my visit I would definitely come back again!

I had not been to Ihop in a while. I think they have cut down on their portions. And everything seemed heated up from frozen.

Can you ever really go wrong with pancakes?

What to do in Rock Hill, SC? Well, I sure found out… come to IHOP! Granted it was a Sunday morning/​afternoon but it was beyond packed. There were the usual churchgoers coming back from service. There were also friends meeting up, birthday parties, familly reunions. I think I even crashed a wedding or two at this joint!
IHOP is IHOP; nothing major stood out. Service was ok and food was actually decent. The restaurant is pretty big and it’s in a pretty convenient location. I think it was just different to be in a restaurant that also serves as a town hall of sorts. If you’re ever in Rock Hill (pretty random occurance), just follow all the cars over there and enjoy some pancakes. Watch some episodes of «Hee Haw» or «Mama’s Family» to prepare yourself for the southern drawl.

I love me some breakfast food! IHoP is exactly what you’d expect from any breakfast style chain you can go to. The inside is nicer than the Waffle Houses of the world, but hell, it’s breakfast food. How can you mess up breakfast food?
I am typically a fan of Mom and Pop breakfast joints for the atmosphere, but IHoP will give you quality food consistently. They’re not pioneers in inventiveness or delicate flavors… just bold syrup and bacon ones… mmm…bacon!
Beware the Sunday church crowd! This place gets packed!
