Very cute ice cream stand. Had a record player with a lot of classic music.

Tasty. Friendly. Fast. The perfect complement after a meal at Miranda next door. Picnic table only but shaded and enhanced by light music and natural shade. Ditto to Unilocalerian cheers regarding über-​creative flavors — the mashup of maple and vanilla was like throwing a bowl of Rocky Road against a maple tree, then promiscuously licking the bark. There enough flavors here to present all forms of PDICA, aka: public displays of ice cream affection. Easy to miss, but well worth the ½ block walk off the main strip.

Quite frankly, the single size ice cream scoop was disappointingly small especially considering the price. Maybe it was the person that was serving that evening. Limited number of ice cream flavors as well but I think the draw is the gelato and sorbetto. Our expert kid reviewers (9, 10, and 12 years old) were unimpressed when they compared to other ice cream joints, primarily based on value and not solely on taste. Otherwise, the ice cream was tasty and the chocolate gelato impressively rich.

Small ice cream and gelato shack in town. Creative flavors — a big plus. Bourbon vanilla, key lime pie, gingery ginger, and more. My only small complaint is that they have one girl working there — they need two, otherwise the place is too slow. Outdoor seats and a big shade tree adds to the charm.

Some of the most mind-​blowing gelato I have ever had served out of a colorful little shack just off the main strip in Rockland. The owner was friendly and generous with flavor samples and info about the town. If I lived here I would be a regular.
