I came here a few months ago and the drive thru attendant was incredibly rude and ungrateful for my business. I vowed never to come back, but then I decided today to give them another chance… I shouldn’t have. They don’t listen very well, and I still felt they are very cheap and ungrateful… I got a large meal. Havnt tried the food yet as I’m writing my review before I leave the parking lot. I asked for ranch dressing for the fries and extra horsey sauce for the sandwich. They gave me 1 ranch cup(for a large fries) and 1 horsey sauce. I politely asked for more of both as I love the horsey and will use 3 of them with my sandwich and 1 little cup of ranch won’t make it thru a large fries. I was informed that it’s 1 per order is the rule and if i want additional ranch or sauce it’s going to cost me 20cents each for additional packets. I explained I paid the up charge for the large meal and I need more ranch for the fries and sauce for sandwich, but they were insistent that it’s 1 per order and i have to purchase additional packets… I informed them that this is a terrible way to ask for repeat business and they told me «we don’t really care what you think, if you want more you have to pay more» … So here I am writing my review before I leave… I would give them negative stars if that were an option

My wife and daughter are known for making me go to certain places I wouldnt normally attend. This Arbys visit is no different and yet it wasnt completely terrible. We ordered two regular arbys sandwich, curly fries, chicken slider, flat bread sandwich with bacon and a milkshake. It was alright but I hope they dont make me go back for a year or two.

I’m not complaining about the food. It was fine. What I’m complain about is the manager. I overheard a conversation with another customer. An elderly lady nicely dressed was telling him that last week she went through the drive thru & ordered 4 turnovers to bring to a hospital. When she arrived there were only three in the bag. Unfortunately, no receipt in her hand to verify the purchase. The manager flatly & rudely refused to give this elderly lady who obviously had made a special trip to right a wrong, one turnover. It was my first visit to this Arby’s & it will be my last. Poor service & management. I told the manager that was just plain wrong! Next letter to Arby’s headquarters! You blew it Mr Manager!

I love this arbys. Great service. Excellent consistent food. The new gyros are amazing and is a great addition at an affordable price. Can’t go wrong with the French dip and au jus. All in all, wonderful food.

I like Arby’s. THey’re a little overpriced for fast food but good. Where else are you really going to get an Angus Philly? or French Dip? Mind you they’re blah without the Horsey Sauce.

Had chicken bacon swiss… and kind of liked it! As I seldome visit fast food restaurants, I had low expectations. In comparison to any of the other fast serving, reheating kitchens in the area, it was OK. I might pick up a bag of their stuff again, if I get an other bunch of coupons… O wait a minute! One sandwich missing!!! We were supposed to get one free sandwich for each of the two we baught, but only got one! Not cool.

The first bite of my sandwich left a nice, scummy, heavy residue on my tongue that their watered down, knock-off brand of coke could do nothing to kill the taste. But what kills your appetite and is even nastier than their food? Their waitstaff. I didn’t like my coke so I came back in through the walkin as opposed to drive thru, and tried to refill my drink. It was just an orange soda but you’d think I was trying to steal the whole machine, «Uh-uh, EXCUSEME! Did you pay for that?» Lady, it’s just a soda. Learn to deal with your power trips because some people never forget a face. If you like your sandwich soaked in stale fat with a helping of rude, unapologetic customer service, THIS is the Arby’s to come to!

Who reviews fast food? Well appearently this girl does! First visiting an Arbys because I must have been living under a rock, they are all over the bay area and I just never thought to visit. I tried their Big Fish Sandwich and it was a Big Sandwich. It was really tasty and worth the price. I also didn’t realize they have«sauces» hmm. who knew horseradish sauce was yummy, A little bite is always good. I wouldn’t mind going back to this place again.

there’s only one 2013 review, so I guess I’ll throw my 2 cent’s in. we travel though rocklin about 1ce a year and this place is a convenient stop. we’re not fans of taco bell or kfc, their neighbors, when we travel so this is a good option. we have never used the drive thru so can’t speak to that. these days there is a nice tent add at the register that tells you that«to prevent wastage» orders are only allowed so many sauces. I didn’t read the whole thing. too shy to get a pic, and i can’t find anything about the«sauce policy» on line. perhaps someone else can post a pic. pros: 1. taste is always consistent 2. frying(curly fries, jalapeño bites, potato cakes) all done well 3. jalapeño«bites»; heck they’re poppers, who are they kiddin’? but not too heavy on the cream cheese factor, which I like. cons: 1. amount of meat varies. some sand’s filled good, some skimpy. see my photo’s. wife’s sliders were a good amount. my rb cheddar skimpy 2. lopsided sauce, at least they are consistent. over the years(7 or so) they always seem to manage slopping the cheddar sauce on one side and it leaks onto the paper every time, while the other side of the sammie is bare. and no utensils in site, tho I’ve never asked, I just swipe up the carnage from the paper with a finger and rub it on the lacking side… 3. up-sell inconsistent. tho I’ve been in retail and I know about it, some clerks will let you know you have a choice, between 2 or 3 p. cakes for example, others will just ask you if you want«medium» meaning drink and 3 p. cakes — not letting you know that there is a 2 piece option… watch out for that… 4. sauce options? I’m not sure if it’s inconsistent or policy or what, but when I ordered jalapeño bites on the way home I got offered diff sauces, like bbq and ranch. on the way up, tho I didn’t order the j. bites. It would have been nice to choose to put smoky bbq or ranch on my sammie or dip my curly fried in, but was not offered. of course these are only available behind the counter… 5. no utensils on the«floor». don’t know if you have to ask. getting tired of the finger swipe thing… 6. napkins only behind counter. I don’t know if this is part of arby’s no wastage policy, but for 2 peeps we got 3 nappies and there is none to be found by the drinks or «arby’s sauce» stations, you have to ask for more. someone please message me and tell me if all arby’s are like this! this item is very weird for a restaurant.

Very disappointed with drive thru visit. My order and food were fine, but I was disgusted that the worker(East Indian woman first name starting with«S») because she was wearing gloves that she obviously never changed between customers – touching money, coins, the debit entry keypad, drinks, condiment packages, bags of food, and whatever else i couldn’t see from my car window vantage point. She practically threw the debit entry keypad at me which appeared to be filthy with grime from being used by who knows how many customers. At that point I wish I had gloves I could wear when I had to handle it to enter my pin. Thank goodness I carry hand sanitizer! But I still felt contaminated afterwards. I was floored about the 80 cent fee for debit — -who still does that??? Really?! I will now only enter the restaurant to order my food so that I can observe how the workers are handling my food.

I will never go here again. Plain and simple. I love Arby’s, it is typically my favorite fast food restaurant. But really? This one in particular is a shady, disgusting establishment at best, and has the poorest quality food. I didn’t know Arby’s could get this crappy. My stop here was a huge disappointment. The amount of roast beef on my sandwich was beyond skimpy and it tasted terrible. I can’t even think of a way to describe the extent of how bad it was. Lets just say that I couldn’t even finish it. Yes, it was THAT bad. The other items I ordered were of similar quality. The seating area is gross, as is the whole restaurant in reality. Everything is sub-par and it’s not clean by any means. I can’t imagine what the cooking area is like, and frankly, I’d prefer to not to.
