This was the most horrible disgusting garbage I have ever seen from a restaurant. The food looks like it has been dunked In a pool of slime. I almost puked when I opened wrapper of burger. I attached a picture so you can see what this place serves at Rocklin road location!

They like to cut costs and corners. You can’t even order thru the drive thru menu because it’s busted. There’s a saying that you can judge an establishment by its bathrooms. This Jack in the box has some really poor hygiene. Need I say more?

Took 10 minutes to get our order after waiting in line 5 minutes. Bathroom was dirty, towel dispenser didn’t work. Our table was sticky and other tables didn’t look any better. Customer in front of us asked for his money after waiting 20 minutes, they had forgotten his order. Beverage area was very dirty. My salad had a piece of meat that I think was supposed to be chicken but was rubbery and inedible, gross! Won’t be back.

On Aug 29, 2014 I went in to this store just to order a sandwich. I ordered the larger cheese burger and the cashier asked if I wanted two(2) taco’s for a dollar. Reluctantly I said yes. When I finally ate the two taco’s the next morning I discovered that there was no meat inside them. Further when at the store I had to ask for more taco sauce as the cashier only gave me three little packets of Taco Sauce. Super stingy and no meat in their dollar taco’s. The only reason I gave this store one star rating was I had too. If you want a really great meal with good service this isn’t the place. Poor service and lack of ingredients makes this«Jack in the Box» really bad. Oh, and I also got a little stomach pain after eating their Burger! Don’t go here!

This dining area is consistently clean and the counter staff is super polite. The food is as good as any other J-I-T-Box. But I do appreciate the cleanliness.

You know… people should have relatively realistic expectations when visiting(and subsequently reviewing) a business, so I try to remain objective for the most part. I’ve been here several times and really can’t say I’ve had any terrible experiences… Sure, there could be a little room for improvement — my order has been slightly off a couple times. On the other side of the coin, the employees are nearly always corteous and friendly, the service is always quick, and the food isn’t bad. All in all, it’s alright.

Okay. So normally I really like Jack in the Box, I love their jumbo jacks. BUT, not Jack in the Box here. I went in the drive thru and the girl got my order wrong and before we could fix it, the speaker turned off. Then at the window I tried fixing the order by repeating the order to her and she was like ‘Yeah, that’s what I put down’ and so I thought it was just my mistake. When she gave me my food, she repeated the order back to me and it was still wrong. She had an attitude too. I didn’t want to deal with her anymore so I figured I would just switch around the onions and tomatos in the two sandwiches I ordered. Got home, opened the burgers, guess what? No tomatos on either sandwich, and a piece of onion on one of them, and one pickle. When I tried calling, no one answered for a long time and when I did get someone the same exact girl still had attitude and didn’t say sorry or anything. I was so mad… but while I was eating my burger I managed to bite into a piece of tomato. Like, a corner of a slice of tomato. And then there were curly fries mixed with my regular fries and the food was tough. Best part about this was the drink. At lease that wasn t screwed up. They have messed up my order a couple of times. Don’t know why I keep on giving them a chance.

Most JIB locations I’ve visited over the years only manage to get up to 2 stars due to the consistently dirty lobbies, and«meh» service, quality, and experience. The lobby was actually clean, or as clean as you could expect from Jack In the Box. Corner to corner stained carpets, but at least most of the tables were wiped down at this location. The service was actually quite fast and it at least came with a very monotone though generic attitude of joy of service. I normally stay away from fast food, but needed a quick fix in between some training I was receiving just around the corner. I got my food fast, and it was as decent as you could expect it to be.
