FedEx is horrible… a service was paid for to be completed by a certain time did not happen they even text me indicating the same but now over an hour later and calling customer service is a waste of time they give some crude and blame the customers because they have so many packages to deliver well I say not our fault they are to blame a service was paid for and delivery was not done by 10:30 am a refund should be given. Ok so now they say that there’s a 90 minute window when the customer chooses to have the package delivered by 10:30 they outsource their jobs also so I personally and will never use them as the have horrible customer service and too many excuses this and that LESS THAN ONE STAR

I think it has a lot to do with what your expectations are from a place like this.
I don’t have a printer. I don’t believe in them. I don’t see what the hell I’m printing that I need a PRINTER for. I have a mobile device, I can put the info there. Why do I need to waste paper?
Only if I need an official document (because some people live in the dark ages and actually need to FAX and get PAPER) do I print anything.
Kinko’s makes it pretty easy and I actually enjoy the fact I don’t have to talk to anyone.
I’m sure they deal with people like me all the time.
I walk in, I rarely say hello to anyone.
I beeline straight for the self service copier, enter my Dropbox credentials and I’m on my way. I think it also allows for most other cloud based storage. How sick is that? Save it at home, print it at Kinko’s. The black and white copies are cheap as f…(shut yo mouth).
Protip: If you make your password complex (which is great security) on Dropbox it’s going to be a pain in the ass to type out on a little touch screen.
Update to Protip: If you use two-​factor authentication on your Dropbox, it’s even more of a pain in the ass. They do give you a URL you can go to that will authorize it one time. I guess it’s OK, but it really makes me want to make my Dropbox less secure. I ain’t doing that though.
Also (groan) if I need to fax something they will do that too. I really don’t see why I have to fax things but OK YOU NEANDERTHAL YOU WIN
