We love this place! Wish their all you can play laser tag was offered any time of the day.

My kids loved it so much now they want their birthday parties here. The place seems clean and well organized too.

This place is really big when you first walk in– tons of games to play on and if you just want to play the games it’s free like chuck e cheese until you start playing. The bounce area consists of three huge blow up slide/​climbing/​jumping bounces houses, it’s $ 10 for kids 3 – 10 years of age and not recommended for kids older than that, ages 2 and under are $ 5. Not too bad of a price for that but there’s only three structures so the kids get bored in about an hour. $ 16/​one session of lazer tag games (which is actually four games total) not too bad for older kids but unfortunately they don’t have the option to buy just one five minute game :/​I personally like the four sessions but for times sake or to see if the kid likes it to begin with they should offer one. They have a deal for Saturday nights $ 30 unlimited games 6pm– midnight: I thought that was pretty cool for adults and stuff kinda pricey for teens tho. They don’t serve beer or alcohol — -boooooo!

Had my sons 10^th birthday here. He is my last of 3 so by now I have been to or had a party at almost every place in the area. The party was well organized and fun. It lasts just under 2 hours and they show you a schedule ahead of time. Everyone that worked there was pleasant and helpful. The kids had a blast playing laser tag, the arcade had a nice selection of games and the pizza was decent. The price was in-​line with the other party places in the area. Overall we had fun and it was a success. So why not 5 stars? No party rooms. The party is held out in an open area. Kids not a part of our party kept coming over, there was little room for the adults and no place for a group picture. Only disappointment.

We had a birthday party here last month. It was AWESOME!!! Our party attendant was super helpful! The kids had a blast playing laser tag and the younger kids loved the bounce house! The pizza was pretty good and I was allowed to bring in my own cake. We had such a fun time! I would highly recommend this place!

Sometimes it’s really a lot of fun to let lose n be a kid! Great place, good value and a lot of fun!

Expensive for what you get. Laser Tags games are super quick for price. The arcade is small. Bounce houses are awesome. Would not go back there for a Bday party.

My wife and I took our four kids and 1 nephew here on a Friday night.
The place was great! Lazer Tag was fun and the kids really had a blast. The arcade area was a great combo of carnival games and standard arcade games. The bounce area with the obstacle coarse and air slides where a pleasant surprise and we had no idea they had these. The food was good! We ordered a pizza and it was better than expected. Overall a great experience and although it was busy with multiple parties and groups it never felt crowded or packed.
I see another visit in our future and parties for the kids too.

What fun! My first time and I was exhausted playing just 1 round. My only complaint is there check in system. They tell you that they’ll call you but never do. When we signed in for the 2^nd round it didn’t register but we didn’t know it and missed it. so then we had to wait 40 minutes to play again. not sure how, but we spent almost 4 hours there to play 3 rounds and it wasn’t even busy. Lots of wait time.

Cool place for the kids. Great for parties! I wish they would have turned the AC up a lot more! Pizza was very tasty!

I had the full intention of just letting my two boys play… however they wanted mommy to play so I caved and bought 1 play… I should have bought the package deal because I had the BEST time of my life.
I never knew laser tag could be so much fun!
I mean, talk about acting out some Modern Warfare! It was great. Just a heads up though — you will sweat! I was wearing a gray tank top and I came out of there drenched in sweat! But so did everyone else.
It’s a great place for kids — but adults should try it too! The arcade part was ok — we played a few games to pass the time — and the food place was ok too — a bit pricey for what you get, but overall our experience here was just wonderful!

First time here Friday with my nieces. I thought it was going to be packed because it took us forever to find parking. We got inside and barely anyone. Awesome! The place is huge. Got the girls the all day Bounce house pass $ 9 a kid. This place is better than Chuck E cheese, but not as good as John’s Incredible. I spent more money on the games then anything else here. Each game was like a dollar. Anywho… The kids had fun that’s all that matters. I even enjoyed myself.

Very impressed with this place! I brought a group of 14 kids from our day camp to LaserCraze for a field trip. I was pleased to find that it’s clean and fresh and doesn’t have any of the shady feel that a lot of these types of places have. The staff was friendly and helpful. When some of my kids decided they were too scared to play laser tag in the darkened room, the staff offered them to stand on the side (in the play area) and watch and decide if they wanted to join. When one of them joined and the others didn’t I asked for a refund for the kids who didn’t end up playing and they immediately, without question, refunded the extra games. When some of the kids realized that they had left their water bottles behind the staff graciously offered us free pitchers of ice water. We’ll definitely come back here soon!

I was not impressed. It’s in a warehouse setting. The acoustics in there are awful. I could barely hear the people next to me. I was there for a birthday party. I felt we were rushed in and out of our table too quickly. There wasn’t enough room for all the adults to sit together. The pizza was poor quality. Only two bounce houses that I could see and a small assortment of arcade machines. No alcoholic beverages for adults. The main draw is the laser tag game which my son loved. But after that, I couldn’t get out fast enough. It’s a business trying too hard to please all age groups but misses the mark considerably.

My son recently had his 12^th birthday here and I was totally impressed. I booked site unseen and I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Our party host was Adam and he was professional, organized and very helpful. The timeline was perfect and our large party of 16 boys were entertained the entire time. All the boys made comments that they loved the laser tag. The facility is very clean as well. I would totally book another party here, great experience!

We took our kids here for Laser Tag and OMG so much fun! They have a really cool setup where you play teams and have to defend your zone. It was much better than the usual free for all. I just wish we could have chose our teams or split up our family evenly. I ended up on one team alone while my hubs and kids were on the other team. I still had a great time though. We also got 100 tokens for $ 20 and it kept the kids occupied for the 20 minute wait we had before laser tag. My kids loved it and we will definitely return

We came here with a small group of 10 for an informal birthday celebration. We had a blast and will definitely be back! The 4 kids each got a combo of laser tag and access to the bouncy house area, while the adults stuck with just the laser tag. The layout of the place is perfect to let the kids go nuts in the bouncy area while the parents can sit and watch. Laser tag itself was awesome! All participants get split in to two teams. Each 20 minute session is split into four — 5 minute games. The goal is to shoot the player on the other team and their home base. All the while, you need to monitor your own lives and shots available. Then they add in occasional bonus time and shielding to keep the play a little more interesting. It is unlike any other laser tag that we have played and was SO much more fun! I thought that instruction ahead of time was clear and thorough, the equipment is cool, the layout of the arena is great and the staff was fine.

I was actually surprised at how large this place was upon my initial entrance. I thought it was going to be simply a laser tag place and that’s it. I wasn’t expecting there to be a game room and a little corner with bouncy houses along with a little spot for parties. It was a welcome surprise. Also, there were tvs so we were able to watch the football games while the kids played (of course occasionally looking over to make sure the kiddies were okay running around in the bound houses and/​or the game room area).
The party concierge people were very helpful. Even the managers were friendly and basically catered to every party whim. They kept the kids in line and managed to gather them all together for their laser tag time. They managed to get the rules into their skulls and have them follow the rules to the best of their abilities. They even served our cake and pizza slices to us. They poured our drinks, cut the cake, and served additional plates of food to whomever wanted or needed more. I’d expect some of that service for the kids but not the adults. I was shocked and amazed.
The service, the play area and the laser tag were incredible. My only gripe is the snack bar. The customer service staff there were really rude and unaccommodating when kids would ask for a cup of water or a soda that came with the party package (which was even upgraded) to the highest package along with adding various extras). It came to the point that the manager had to come by and clear up the misunderstanding. This still doesn’t excuse the fact that the guy behind the counter was rude to my godson for asking for some water when he’s clearly the birthday boy and clearly needed water.
Other than this, I would definitely love this place and give it the 5 stars but that situation simply just made me «like» this place. I may consider it for one of my son’s birthdays. We will see.

Pros: The laser tag arena is very fun and the scoring system is decent.
Cons: We had six in our party to play tag. The arena is so big its very hard to defend base and find people. The boosts of invincibility and rapid fire go off randomly however one player got rapid fire 7 times in four games and invincibility once while other players had the reverse. The price is also high. Our party of six was $ 90 dollars. Wish there was an option per 5min game instead of playing and paying for four games.
Bottom line: If you have big group this is the place.

We came here for a bday party for the kiddo – we weren’t really sure if we were going to be walking into Chuck-​E-​Cheese type craziness or what. We also weren’t sure if it would be solely laser tag. We were pleasantly surprised.
The place is huge – there is a big section that is only laser tag, including a staging room to listen to instructions on how-​to for laser tag. This area is okay for parents to come in and hang out with the kids while getting their instructions. Also, you can watch them play laser tag as well. It is a huge room that they play in and I was already planning my next visit to play – sans kids! But the kids had a ton of fun, even the 7 year olds in the bunch.
After laser tag, the kids took off with their tokens to play at the several games that they have in the arcade area. All the kids won a ton of tickets and were able to trade them in for the typical trinkets-​n-​trash they offer at this sort of place. Needless to say, my kid was ecstatic with his 400 tickets and took away a rain check of tickets for next time.
There’s also a large bouncy house and slide area, which is nice to be able to let your kid loose in there and see if they leave that area. It’s right near the party tables, very close to the kitchen, which offers pretty decent pizza.
The party we were part of seemed to have everything included (although I have no idea how much it costs), they handed each kid a cup of tokens, our group had an attendant that brought out the food and served everyone, as well as went through each part of the party, including cake cutting and gift opening. They even wrote down the gifts so it makes it really easy on the parents.
The only suggestion that I would have for the process is that there is a more secure area at the door. It’s kind of nice to let your kids run around and know that they can’t escape out the front door if they get out of eye shot or accidentally tag along with another group.
This place is really cool for parties or an afternoon of fun, we will definitely return.
