Again, they are at least consistent. Note: 8PM. 2 hours until posted closing time. Me: I’d like a chicken breast, a side of green beans, and a soda. Grilled, please. Restaurant Employee: Um, let me see what we have. We only have wings right now. Me: I’d like a grilled breast, please. Restaurant Employee: We only have wings in grilled right now. Me: Are you planning on making more? Restaurant Employee: It would take about 20 minutes. Me: OK Restaurant Employee: So, do you wanna wait? Me: !**^!(Yes, I wasn’t the nicest at that point, but didn’t raise my voice). I basically said, ‘That’s the third time you’re trying to tell me not to order what I want to order’. Probably dropped an unkind word in frustration. I tried to order what I wanted at least 3 times, only to be told I didn’t want that, or they try and scare me into waiting for it. These guys! Damn! Laziest employees of any restaurant chain I know of! They have 2 hours to go! So… are they just going to sell everything? Then quit an hour early if they do? It’s not like I’m walking in and ordering something one-off at closing time. They’re a chicken fast food restaurant!

The food wasn’t the issue. The service was horrible. I had a coupon for a 7piece dinner. The coupon stated(as always) thigh and legs… but for an additional charge you could upgrade to breasts. The girl at the cash register said they do not do upgrades on their coupon dinners. I asked her to check with the manager because I have done it many times in the past(and the coupon even stated it as an option). She did and said the manager said they would not do it. I asked to see the manager and she came up front. I showed her the wording on the coupon and she said they didn’t have any white meat(really…it was 10 minutes to 6pm on a Thursday). No smile… acted like it was the last place she wanted to be… no hospitality whatsoever. I said«you have to be kidding». She then asked me what I wanted and I said 3 breasts and 4 wings would be fine. She filled the order, but it definitely was not with a smile. What has happened to customer service? I wasn’t asking for anything out of the norm.

Don’t come to this place again. They wanted to kick customers out, so they didn’t have to do anything. I came in 2 hours before they are closing the store. I wanted to buy the $ 20 Family fill up and requested them to make me the fresh chickens. They said No and would not do it because they still had a whole bunch of the old ones outside and wanted to sell them all. Basically they wanted to kick you out and didn’t care about the customers. I understand if it was too late, but Hey I came in 2 hours before closing… I would never ever come back to this location again… Sorry this place have no Customer Service At All…

Came in Sunday on our way back from Reno. We were starving and needed something fast to bring home. Let me tell you! It stunk so bad in there!!! Idk how the workers are able to stand the smell. The service was slow. In the plus, I didn’t get sick from the food. It was actually pretty good.

Filtiest restaurant I have ever seen in my life. From the front door handles to every surface in the place. Don’t even go in the ladies restroom. A young man who claimed to be a part franchise owner working the front counter claims that they passed a health inspection. The place always looks closed and dead from the outside, and it’s easy to see why nobody is ever here. I have visited several times before as I work at the Walmart on Pacific and Sunset, and each time it has been mostly clean with a few tables yet to be cleaned. Today the entire length of the bench tables was filthy(both tables and seats) and when I moved tables because of that, I sat right down into a huge spider web on the other side of the room. Finally on the third attempt a four person table was relatively clean, at least enough to sit at. The food was tolerable however so that keeps it from being just one star.

Have tried this KFC several times and same experience. Always something they don’t have and will be a 20 – 30 minute wait. They say it likes its normal. Its called fast food for a reason. This place is reinventing the wheel the no have wait around food restaurant.

After having to wait over 25 minutes to get extra crispy, and only being offered a free soda for the wait, I was horribly disappointed to find out my sides were cold and no napkins or even butter were included in my bag! Why did it take so long to get my food? I thought this was fast food. If I wanted to wait this long I would’ve gone to a restaurant.

It’s no surprise the latest review was also a one. With cars in the drive-thru and a customer paying for food, the staff is busier talking about personal things and yelling loudly at each other as they serve the food. Unfortunately they can’t serve the food correctly either; leaving us in the drive-thru honking our horn because they forgot part of our order. Fast good isn’t necessarily glamorous, but customer service should be a priority. I’ve seen plenty examples of individuals who work fast food and can deliver a great experience. Definitely not here. Dear management or franchise owner, you may want to revisit customer service basics with your staff.

It’s been a year since my last visit, and everything was good and tasty until I tried the mashed potatoes. Once again they tasted like soap. It’s so bizarre, I’ve never experienced that at any other KFC.

This isn’t the normal KFC location I go to but it happen to be in the area I was in on this particular day. I like the chicken the chain as a whole makes. The biscuits are awesome, so is the mac and cheese. This particular spot had friendly employees but the tables weren’t wiped down in the corner my family and I sat in(to keep the 2 year old from terrorizing the rest of the patrons) but the rest were clean. Almost as if they simply forgot to get to this little section. The bathrooms were clean with exception to the laughably scratched graffiti of the local wanna-be’s. It’s kind of tucked away which makes it an easy going franchise. I have no problems coming here when I’m in the area and crave some mac.

This is not a food review. I had dropped my truck off at Five Star Auto, just a few hundred feet from this KFC for an oil change and wash. While I waited, I decided to walk down and cross Galleria Blvd. to get over to Ross to do a little shopping while I waited. On my return walk to get back to Five Star, I became parched and stopped over at the KFC. They were not open yet, but I guess the door was not closed properly, because I was able to walk in at about 10:10. The Manager informed me that they would not be opening until 10:30. I asked if it would be possible to just purchase a beverage as I was really thirsty. She said ok and was very nice. I just thought that was a nice gesture to allow me to purchase a beverage and put herself out like that. So thanks, Manager of the Five Star Blvd KFC :)
