Loree’s Little Shack

Do not go visit this place the bartenders
are really very rude, and they do not need to be bartenders especially the way they talk to there customers. The food is horrible and really bad tasting they had the nerve to bring our food completely burnt and give us a dirty look when we asked them to replace our food order.
The only thing that was worth going to see at this shack was the karaokee lady named Deanne she is what makes this place even function at all, and please check your bill at the end of the night very closely, because they seem to like to add extra charges onto your total bill especially if they think you are a little drunk, so pay close attention to your bill at the end of the night… will never step foot in this place again…

OMGosh!!!:) Love my girls at Loree’s and whom ever the cook is!!! We just had a breakfast to die for! Smashed potatoes, eggs, bacon & sausage with their gravy. Oh, and Rachel makes the bes Bloody Maryt!!! All at a great price made with TLC.:) Thank you all for the kind customer service!!!:)
Would be a great place for family and friends to eat on Anyday of the week!!!:)

Great little hidden gem with delicious ‘famous’ tacos dusted in parmesian cheese. Firebox beans hit the spot with a cold mason jar beer, served by a very friendly hostess.

I have to give this five stars ! Because it is what it is — a little shack by the rail road track —
Don’t put on your tix to come here, shoes or a shirt will be fine — smoking on the back patio — Karaōke and good time to be had by all — I don’t want to call it a dive bar because it seems rude and unfair to this historic establishment … It’s a colorful uncle ! Lots to look at, no fancy put ons– what you see is what you get ! Mason jar cocktails, stick floors by 10:30 pm, a local at the bar at all times, good old school eats from the kitchen… I love it… come as you are and have fun, there is always something to laugh at in Lorees !

Best hamburgers in town! Might be a little hole in the wall place, but burgers are delicious!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Bartender is an asshole not nice to anyone unless your old and on viagra. The place has extremely creepy décor and is very run down. There is never anyone here. Worst bar EVER

Came out in a Friday night. Fun & Festive environment. Food is very impressive & tasty! But please fix the High Poke machine!

Bartenders are rude and super slow. The whole place just looks dirty. But, they do have karaōke and they are 1 block from my house, so ill be back. The karaōke is fun but outdated. They have food too but have not had it and its never available when i get there..

Great night out with a friend. We were waited on by Kevin and a cocktail waitress who’s name I fail to remember. The food was great, like something your mom would whip up in the 80’s but with better ingredients. The drinks are strong and well priced. The crowd was interesting (20 something meets VFW) the night we were there and the people watching was great. They have pool and karaōke but the real reason to go would definitely be the food and drinks

Every time I go to Loree’s I have a great time. Service is fun and friendly and the singing is entertaining and I just love bringing new friends they get a kick out of the place.

Place seems ok mix of older and younger people, theres karaōke, pool basic bar. Foods ok nothing spectacular about this place the service behind the bar is not good, long waits short stressed attitudes. Prolly wont be back.

I have never been treated as poorly as i was last night in a bar as i was by their bartender Kevin! He was so rude right from the start! I have never been to lorries little shack and i will never go back. if that was my bar i would never leave someone so rude to be the face of my bar

Was in the area and had not been to Loree’s since they had a Shack in Rancho Cordova prior to it becoming a light rail station. It seemed as if was just yesterday the flavors were just as I remembered, I had to pick up lunch for my crew and ordered 10 taco and bean lunches and 10 extra tacos, most everyone who ate had never been there and all were very impressed with the Tacos but what stood out to be everyone’s favorite. I am married into a Mexican family and my wife’s grandmother made the best authentic Mexican beans I had ever had, took an overnight soaking the cooked with special seasonings and salt pork. I had always thought it couldn’t get better until now. For being something as simple as beans who would think you could make this simple thing into a flavorful meal, well Loree’s does and then some. If you have never been you must go and if your a 1^st timer do your tastebuds a favor try the taco lunch with beans and you will be more than impressed, next time I am going skip the tacos instep for the fired avocado, haven’t tried it yet but looked amazing. Loree’s gets a 5 star from me and will add to this if Avocados hit the mark as well.
Thanks to a great staff and great food this definitely just made it onto the at least once a week lunch rotation

First time here and I love it!!! Very cozy and very very very fun atmosphere! Rachel was working behind the bar and she was great. I’m coming back here with a bunch of friends due to the great first experience. Rachel is amazing!

Quiet on a Saturday afternoon just after 12:00pm. Even the bartender made comment that it was a slow day. I hadn’t been to Loree’s Little Shack (by the railroad track) in quite a few years. The last time I was here, I left at closing :-)
I stopped in for lunch (frankly, I didn’t even know they did food, never occurred to me) — took a seat at the bar. Glanced around some and things haven’t changed to much — seemed very familiar. This is by no means a fancy place. It’s a good olé local road side bar and eats dive. I suspect the Friday and Saturday night crowd is hopping, as it was on my last visit.
There are bills (money) plastered on the walls with people names, greetings, hommage, etc. Unexpected knacks and items placed about or hanging from the ceiling. A pair of (large) 49er panties hang stretched just above the Fireball. Two pool tables, a large area with tables (tall tops and short tops) and a front patio area where beverages are allowed. Bottles line the back bar and to one side, an extraordinary collection of Tequilla!
For lunch, I opted for a regular hamburger and onion rings. Other options were sandwiches, burger specialties, some salads (I think), and some appetizer items. the grilled avocado stuffed with sour cream and topped with cheese served with tortilla chips was tempting. They boast to have the best taco’s. The burger was actually pretty good as were the onion rings.
My beer and lunch whopped out at $ 12; not too bad.
The memory of a few nights here flooded back and I need to come back to experience this night life again, a few (many) years later.

I have been to this place a few times and have always enjoyed myself. The food is really good for a bar. The onion rings are really good. Great portions. We have always been there for karaōke.

If you want a good ‘Olé divey bar, then this is the spot! We are locals and live within walking distance, can’t get enough of this place!
Prices and cheap, food is good bar food and drinks are always ready! With whatever you like!
And they have a huge tequila selection!
Oh and Tuesday nights is $ 2.99 spaghetti! They also have happy hour tacos for $ 1. You must get the firebox beans too! Best beans I have ever had!

Great prices on beer and fantastic service at the bar. Was large inside buy only had one pool table. Not many people there on a Saturday night.

Alright for a dive bar during the day.
The bartenders on some of the popular nights are just rude and inept. Must be relatives of the owner or something, because the service used to be better.
Bathrooms are pretty scary.
Much better places around in Rocklin.
I would rate the day staff much higher, but in all 2 stars is as high as I would go with 1 star being an option for the evening scene.

Funny — before I came here, my buddy told me it was a little «rough» here with drunk dudes looking to start a fight.
I thought it was fine and everything was great. It’s a nice place to go if you’re just looking for a few drinks. It is a huge bar with a patio and some pool tables. Thought the serve was pretty good as well. Nothing fancy — but what else do you expect at midnight?
I’m sure I’ll end up coming back here.
