I wish that negative stars were possible. Went to purchase a hookah here, not only did they sell us the wrong Box, we called 20 minutes before close to try and bring it in and get the right parts and he refused and told us to come in the next day. We went in the next day and said we wanted to return and we’re told no returns. He exchanged and gave us the wrong box yet again and mixed and matched parts. Basically we DID NOT receive what we paid for. Never going here again. Way better smoke shop on Pacific Street and much better service
