Supercuts

Lacey was awesome! She was professional and gave me one of the best consultations I’ve ever experienced. She listened and she gave me a great cut and blow out. I’ve never had this many compliments on my hair before. I’ll be back to see Lacey again.

When we arrived we were told one of the hair stylist is almost finished and we will be next. We sit and waited about 3min, not bad, she finished and the client left. We understand she will need a bit time to clean up and reorganize, we waited another 5min. Then we noticed she just went over to her colleague and starts to chat at the back with a conversation doesn’t seem will end any time soon.
I start to pinch myself to make sure I am not melting so I become invisible… But looks like I am still a solid object sitting there… Then I look at her try to see if she lost her eyesight in the previous operation but seems she is quite cheerfully chatting… so I am very glad she is fine…
Without any sign of «being seen», we have to leave without getting the service. Nothing happened when we leave and I think: wow! This is a super place that grants me super power, now we are invisible! Yea!!!

Thanks for another great cut and conversation, Alayna! Anyone going to this location should definitely ask for her.

Michael gave me a fantastic haircut in no time at all and I will be back in a few weeks. You follow directions perfectly it made me look about as good as he could make me look.

I began coming here when Mike and Kristen first opened the doors about 10 months ago. I am VERY particular when it comes to my hair, and z Kristen cut it the first time listening to me and discussing my hair with me. Bonus points. As I came back, I found Hannah. She is simply Amazing. Great personality, incredible stylist. She isn’t afraid to learn new things and willing to Listen to someone as picky as me. Through all of my visits (every 5 weeks) I have always experienced pleasant staff, even with onry customers always clean, and clean restrooms.

Came here because a friend of mine got her first hair cutting job at this store and I love it!
So happy they finally have color and the girls are great. I love that a place like this will offer students fresh out of beauty school a job!

Have had my hair cut by Liz and was very impressed with her ability to know what your want and what makes you look good. The hair cut was exceptional. This was after going to Thunder Cuts, Granite Drive and experiencing one of the worse hair cuts ever… Or non hair cut ever. I went straight to Supercuts which I was a little bit concerned going to. But walked out looking great. The hair cut and $ 5 tip was a deal. I went for a second time and Liz wasn’t working that day. Should have called.
Had to get a haircut because it was Friday and had something special Saturday.
Kelsea cut my hair and did an excellent job. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it cut. This shop has an understanding of latest styles unlike many of the local hair salons. I would recommend this salon to my neighbors and picky stylish friends who pay a fortune for the same quality hair cut.
I found everyone friendly and helpful. No long wait and pleasant clean waiting area.
I question if the posts below aren’t competitors posting negative reviews. I saw none
of the negative listed in other posts.

Went in to go get a trim up, the stylest Liz is SUPER HELPFUL AND AWSOME, as long you aren’t REALLY vauge about what you want done with your hair she can pretty much do it all. I would definitely go back for anouther haircut. Gave her a 10 $ tip for doing such a fantastic job. If your looking for a good haircut at a deal of a price, print out a supercuts coupon and take it in to get a under 15 $ fantastic haircut.

HORRIBLE! Have never seen this bad of a haircut in my life! Took my 14 year old daughter in to have her long hair cut to her collar bone with some layers. The stylist was Michael and I knew right away it wasn’t going to end well. He cut her hair to her shoulders, and with shaking hands the entire time he chopped the bottom 2 inches of her hair into what he considered layers. I finally made him stop and showed him that it was choppy, uneven, and a whole section was cut so badly it looked like a hole in her hair. This was after he worked on her for an hour. His comment was «it can be fixed.» I said «not by you!» We left as my daughter was in tears and paid $ 50 in a high end salon to have it fixed. This Super Cuts was also dirty. The floor was covered with hair all the way to the front door. DON’T GO HERE!

I came in for a trim. I told some 19 year old ish don’t give me a mullet. She asked me what’s a mullet? Really? Then their charge machine was down due to WiFi problems. So me and another customer could not use our debit or credit card and had wait 30 mins til their tech guy could fix it. Didn’t offer any credit or discount for their time.

I can’t speak to the actual hair-​cutting that they do here, but their customer service is pretty awful. I have been waiting here for my significant other to finish getting his hair cut and the stylists have been talking negatively about customers that have just left.
One was an elderly man who clearly had some health problems and the other was a father watching his child getting a haircut. I understand that everyone probably has a comment about things that happen at their work, but seriously wait till all the customers in your store have left.
The stylists here seem to be more interested in gossiping with one another than they are in actually doing their job. I guess two stars to the fact that they actually cut his hair in between saying really rude things about other customers. Doesn’t make me feel good about what they might say when they leave.
