This doctor’s office is so slow. You have a 9 o’clock appointment do not think that you will be in and out. You will be there for 90 minutes easily. The nurse practitioner is horrible and the doctors rotate so much you have NO clue who you’re going to see. I would suggest taking your kids else where.

While Dr. Marburger and Dr. Warner have been extremely nice and helpful at this practice, the nurse practitioner is unhelpful and inflexible. We had our kids seen by one of the doctors a few days ago for a skin problem which had been lingering undiagnosed for 2 weeks despite multiple doctor’s visits including at this place. We eventually realized this was an infectious disease based on the description/​appearance and how it was spreading among family members. We called the after-​hours number to get a prescription for antibiotic cream.
The nurse practitioner was on-​call and refused to prescribe any medication because she has not personally seen the kids, even though they had been seen by the doctor a few days prior. In this situation she could have reasonably allowed herself to err on the safe side and prescribed the antibiotic cream, but her only response was «There is nothing I can do.» What is the point of having an on-​call practitioner if he/​she can only take action on patients directly seen by the on-​call practitioner him/​herself and information about other patients has not been communicated to the on-​call practitioner?
We have had our kids seen at this clinic since they were born, but we can no longer rely on this clinic’s ability to provide medical attention when it is reasonably needed. After all, it is easy to say «Go to the ER,» even though you have already wasted one whole day seeing the doctors and nothing had been done to address the medical problem.

We receive excellent care here for our son, who has been seeing doctors at this office since his birth. All of the doctors are extremely nice and helpful, and they even provide educational material about issues that patients might not fully understand.
The nursing staff is friendly as well. The building is easy to find and the facility is clean. Being an environmental health professional, I haven’t witnessed any infection control or env.h. issues to date.
