Wonderful location for having a mammogram. Arrived before the requested time to complete the paperwork process and I breezed right through check-​in. The front desk person was professional and prompt. I was seen prior to my appointment and had my mammogram performed by Patty who was exceptional. Patty was gentle, informative and worked with a smile. I truly appreciated the great customer service and for all future needs I will return to this location. Thanks CRA.

Wonderful group of people, clean and new facility. I suffer from extreme claustrophobia and needed some sedation. I needed to take a cab home and the staff walked me to the car to make sure I was ok. The radiology tech was extremely sensitive to my nervousness and was patient with me throughout. This facility isn’t an open mri but it’s bigger than the one at seven locks. If anyone has claustrophobia they offer a sleep mask however I found that made me feel like I was in a coffin so you may want to try without that and ask to lay on the table and relax for five minutes and maybe ask them to turn the fan on so you don’t feel suffocated. That helped for me.

I guess these places by definition are not the best but they could at least give it a try. I don’t understand if you can only come with an appointment why do they make you wait almost 30 minutes? They should rethink their logistics in particular if you are supposed to drink lots of water. The staff who makes the exams are actually very nice

I received fast and professional service from Community Radiology Associates located in Rockville. I did not have an appointment as my doctor wrote me a prescription to walk in for an X-​Ray. I had injured my hand in a game and was not sure if I fractured my fingers.
I walked in and the receptionist greeted me and quickly took my information. They created a profile/​record with minimal information and requested I verify and make any necessary changes.
Within 5 –10 minutes I was escorted back and the radiologist promptly and professionally greeted me and took x-​rays of my injured hand. Community Radiology Associates were professional. The office was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this radiology center for anyone in need of an X-​Ray.
