Dr. Galdi managed my migraines for about the past 6 mos and came at the recommendation of one of my physician colleagues at the best in the area. Unfortunately, his office staff isn’t the most professional but they do always gave him my messages and called in my rx refills. Dr. Galdi himself was a little strange and didn’t really want me to do any talking, «just the facts ma’am.» My migraines improved somewhat, but I have added acupuncture twice weekly. Dr. Galdi’s style of patient management is actually ‘telephone-management”: you don’t come in again, you just call, leave a message and then he calls you back between 12 and 1pm. The problem is he tells you to call back in X number of days and then he just changes meds again. I feel like I’m talking to a robot for the 60 secs he’s on the phone. Sorry, but I need a flesh-n-blood person and have since switched practices.
