Stopped by yesterday for an 8 piece meal to take home… the Mac and Cheese was rubbery, the biscuits were hard (like a day-​old) same with the wedges… we threw them out… the quality has dropped and I would not go here… this was terrible!!!

I dont know why they have a drive through by the time you get to the window the food is cold, very slow service…26 minutes waiting in line and still two cars ahead.

Ordered a Famous Bowl meal through the Drive-​Thru. Didn’t get the cookie that came with it. Didn’t get a spoon or fork to eat it with. Didn’t even get the receipt so I hope they only charged me for what they gave me. The guy working the window didn’t say hello, didn’t give me a total, didn’t say ONE word to me. Just gave me a drink and the bowl. These are the reasons that I should never go back.

Went here on Friday and ordered a two piece white meal with wedges. The very rude drive thru order taker woman argued with me over and over telling me white meat was a thigh and a leg. I told her I wanted a breast and a wing and she continued to argue with me that breast and wings are dark meat.
I finally said I don’t care how you ring it up, just give me A BREAST AND A WING! She was talking very loudly to me saying she should know better than me what white meat was!
I paid and drove home only to discover in the box A FREAKING DRIED UP THIGH AND LEG! and NO WEDGES! I will never go back! The employees (well that extremely rude one) don’t even know the difference between light and dark meat!

Not sure why this location is getting such poor reviews here… it’s pretty typical for a Taco Bell/​KFC — convenient, fast, and tasty. You have Taco Bell for super cheap food, or KFC which has some options that are higher quality than standard fast food fare.

The good news is I rarely east fast food and hardly ever eat at KFC. The bad news is this is probably the worst KFC I have ever been to and it is the only KFC within 15 – 20 minutes of my home.
The service is HORRIBLE and like many other reviews have noted, the place is downright DIRTY. The chicken is consistent with other locations but anything else I have ordered has been poor at best.
Not sure what the management (or lack thereof) if thinking but it certainly isn’t running a successful business.
