I did an online order at 10AM today, and the email confirmation told me it’ll be ready at 10:30. So I get here at 10:30 just as I was prompted. And I get there and no one is up front or anything. I had to wait like 5 or so minutes for her to realize that there was a guest waiting to be greeted. And I told her I’m here to pick up my order, and she said… «Well… I’ve been having trouble with the online orders and just got yours… It’ll be another 20 minutes, and I can call you when it’s ready» and I said. No. I’ll wait here because I was promised it’d be ready at 10:30 and it’s not. And I live 30 or so minutes away. And she just said okay, and went to the back. I work in the service industry and that’s not how you treat your paying customers. I’m writing this review as I’m standing here waiting for this order to be ready. And it’s already been 20 minutes. Not happy. And probably won’t be coming back to this location. also. If you are going to make your guest wait and extra x amount of time because it was the companies fault it wasn’t ready. Then you should’ve at least offered to discount the product, because these aren’t the cheapest things. I know ally think that she didn’t even bother to check the online orders this morning and that’s why she«just now got the online order» We will see if her«rushing» will make my arrangement look like crap. Yah… It is now 11 and I’m still waiting and no one has come to apologize

I ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day this is the second time I have ever ordered with edible arrangements in Rockwall TX… The item was never delivered I called no answer I went up the next morning to the location and the woman behind the register was so rude to the person in front of me in the line, as the lady in front of me in line walked out it was my turn so all I do is walk up to the register and the lady behind the register yelled at me saying«Mam please give us a minute!» As she put her hand in my face. First of all, all I did was walk up not one word was spoken to her or her staff secondly I never indicated in anyway that I would come at her in any time of rude way. So a young man heard and walked out of the back room and said«mam may I help you, I am so sorry about that» but the damage is done its ridiculous my item never gets delivered I never get a call or email about it then I come in to get yelled at by who seemed to be the person in charge! Never again will I do business with edible arrangements! Ever again! Horrible customer service! They do not even deserve one star.

My wife ordered my Father’s Day gift and the guy working was very curt with her and the options avaliable to her. The arrangement turned out great and was delicious, however, when my wife went back in to pick up the gift the guy again bordered on being rude. In fact, the only other patron in the store made a comment to my wife about his attitude. I would give one star but the arrangement was very good.

A friend of mine used this business to order me something for Valentines day. My gift arrived late on the afternoon of the 15th, although he paid for expedited delivery on the 14th. He ordered me a bouquet of strawberries, with a few balloons and a teddy bear. The strawberries were weeping and obviously had been sitting around. There was strawberry juice all around the bottom of the vase. I never received the bear, I guess it’s riding around Dallas in the back of a delivery truck. This company charges entirely too much for its products to provide this level of service. I submitted a «claim form» regarding the order and the missing bear, I have yet to hear anything back. Never again.
