Super Friendly Staff. Definitely my new go to for Birthday Cakes, as this cake for our son rocked. Awesome fondant work and delicious too. All our guests loved it. So glad y’all are in Rockwall.

Worst experience EVER!!! Ordered cakes last minute of course because when you’re a mom of triplets it’s not easy getting things done. Unrefined Bakery in Rockwall made three cakes, I planned on giving as a surprise, to Alex and two of his coworkers for their birthdays. #unrefinedbakery made THE WORST CAKES I’ve ever seen.
Then they wouldn’t refund my $ 210.00!!! I’m not paying $ 210 for this!!!

Finally, an awesome cupcake place in Rockwall! We are staying at the nearby Hilton because our home was hit by a tornado on ¹²⁄₂₆. My husband surprised me by picking up 4 cupcakes to bring back to our room. The frosting is rich and the cake was heavy but moist. They are larger in size than Sprinkles. But the sweetest thing is that when the girl at the counter heard what we had been through, she added in a few cookies too. What a nice gesture!

Sad to be turned away on Christmas Eve. Everything in the store is ready made. Closed at 2pm, I showed up just after 2:00, people inside. Would not unlock the door. :(Good Bye Unrefined Bakery. I used to be a customer.
…and as I’m sitting here another customer was turned away. Rockwall is a small town folks.
