Denny’s

We decided to take my mother out to Denny’s in Rogers, Minnesota for Valentine’s Day brunch.
We usually have prompt service and excellent food at this Denny’s. Today we had to flag down a server after waiting 20 minutes at our table; apparently there was mix up and confusion regarding which server had been assigned our station according to the supervisor /​server who stepped in to wait on our table.
The spicy sausage chicken skillet we ordered had undercooked chicken and no sausage and no veggies (the customer at the table next to us had the same dish and it looked much more inviting). Finally, the cashier never asked me how are meal was, which prompted me to submit this one star review which Denny’s of Rogers, Minnesota richly earned today. Please, please aim higher next time!

VERY solid 4 star establishment.
Admittedly we try to visit local establishments as opposed to chains, but we also like a little variety, and lets be honest, Corcoran MN is not exactly a hotbed for local mom and pop eats.
However, this restaurant was clean, our breakfast is was hot, and reasonably tasty. The service was especially good. The server shielded our toddler son while refilling my coffee, that is exactly the type of self sacrificial service I have come to expect in today’s market!
Joking aside, it was a pleasant dinning experience in a cool retro 50s dinner feel.
We will return!

For a burger joint styled after a 50’s diner, this place was really good. My family Ooof 5aate there for dinner on less than $ 50 and everyone enjoyed their meals. I had a delicious steak Philly, my wife the Denver omelet, my son the mega BLT, daughter three cheeseburger special and my little guy got the kids pizza. Everything was cooked to expectations and was out to the table swiftly. Our waitress was sweet without being fake. The atmosphere was cool and comfy for an informal family dinner.

I like this place in the chain restaurant category. It is clean. The food is consistently good, and the service has always been well above average. AND they have grits! a

Great classic foods, lots of it, and nice diner setup. Excellent service too, even during busy Sat lunch hour. Love the Malts too!
