This is the third time we have tried to go to Maynard’s where we have had a problem and left. It was a Friday night, 7:15, and half of their patio was open. They said they couldn’t seat us because they had cut back on their staffing. We were told we could wait a while. Their arrogance over not having much competition in Rogers is ridiculous as are the wait times.

Nice place and great food. It was very busy and even with called in reservation we had to wait 20 min once we arrived. They servers where very good. Food and drinks did not take long to get. They have a really nice bar and put door area that would be perfect during the summer. We enjoyed several appetizers before ordering our main meals. Everything we ordered was delicious and very filling. The pork chops where big and cooked just right. I enjoyed the spicy chicken pasta. Most places say spicy but for warning this is very hot! I loved it. For desert we had a piece of chocolate cake. It was huge and we split it between 4 people with out finishing it. Price was not bad for everything. Overall experience was satisfactory and would eat here again.

I fully recommend the halibut. It tasted just like the halibut we caught and brought back from Alaska last summer. The waffle fries with sour cream were really good too. Buddy had cheese curds and wings and was happy. Service was good and quick, prices average. Left happy.

I have to upgrade these guys to 3 stars. We had dinner before a movie. Our previous experience, at the Sunday brunch buffet, wasn’t that great. But I have to admit, dinner was much better. I’d describe the food as similar to an Applebee’s or Ruby Tuesdays or a TGIF… except it’s not part of a big chain. The food was decent this time. And the service was excellent. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here. But it’s a nice choice before or after a movie(next door) if you don’t want to eat fast food. The buffet still sucks though. –Daddy Maxx Retro

Went here for brunch and never have been before. Was fine, but nothing special. Crowded and a little too much so to have a leisurely meal. Our server was nice, but because they only had buffet service til noon, not much for her to do. Overall, didn’t knock our socks off, but it was fine. Also, as two of us are gluten free, the pickings for buffet were really limited.

Went to the Sunday buffet today and we had a great brunch. Our server ruined the great meal we had by copping a bad attitude when we pushed back on being charged for two coffees when we never ordered or were served coffee. WTH? :(

You can not go wrong with Maynard’s! I love their sandwiches and wraps. They also have a fantastic happy hour! I highly recommend the spicy green beans. Took me years to finally order them, now its an every time occurrence! Some of the prices are higher but always worth it. Never had a complaint about food or service. The only thing I can say that’s bad is it’s always busy so you may have to wait for a table sometimes…

We were told an hour waiting time, ended up being an hour and 20 minutes. OMG so worth the wait! Had parmesan crusted halibut, husband had firecracker shrimp tacos. SO delicious! Our server Sonia was awesome, timely and friendly! Food came out quickly even though they were busy. Will definitely tell everyone I know and will definitely go back! Love, love, love.

Great food and drink options. Seems very popular with the local folks too, which is a great sign. I had the taco salad and really enjoyed it.

Great Happy Hour at the bar. Excellent ambiance and a great spot to watch games. Happy hour food specials at the bar are cheap, but tasty. Always buzzing, best in the area. Nice patio in the summer as well. Fireplace. Friendly bartenders

BESTHAPPYHOUR in the country… yes I mean it. However, it gets super crowded, so come back for late night Happy Hour if you can. Some of the best bartenders and wait staff I have ever dealt with. Luckily our local office is close by so I stay at nearby hotels and come straight here. Boneless wings and spicy green beans are my go-to items for Happy Hour. Flatbread and waffle fries come in #3 and #4. I have never ate at the restaurant, but from what I see, items on the main menu are just as good. For traveling folks, the bar is large and there is always great sports on. I have stopped by for just a quick bite and drink and find myself staying there for 4+ hours(hello Tylenol).

Major Rogers local watering hole. Good food and happy hour specials! Lots of TV’s in the bar for watching sports, servers are always on top of their game and managers are always present and helping with team work. Never disappointed…

Amazing Sunday brunch! Crispy potatoes, creamy biscuits and gravy, Swedish meatballs, chicken Alfredo, etc. Everything is clearly made from scratch and delicious. We can’t wait to come back and try the omelette station. $ 14.95 before 11am. Chandra was our waitress, and she did a very good job. Special thanks to Abby the hostess. She sat us the perfect table right away so my mother would not have to stand too long. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Casual attire. What you would wear to olive garden. Great atmosphere. Bar area and a sit down area. Cabin/lodge look and feel. Petty busy around dinner. Our buzzer was broken but luckily we were paying attention and didn’t miss our table. We had an amazing waitress. Wish I could remember her name. Constant refills and gave us a sample of the dill pickle soup. She got a good tip. :) If you like dill and creamy soups you would like the dill pickle soup. We loved it. It was surprisingly better than the sausage dumpling. The buffalo chicken flatbread was delicious. Big pieces of buffalo chicken and blue cheese! I recommend! Good as an app for 3 – 4 or as a meal for 1 – 2. The walleye was ok. The breading wasn’t as crispy as I like it. However with the walleye the pieces are huge. I should have got 1 piece instead of 2, you also get soup or salad and choice of potato with it. Walleye sandwhich had small bones — not cool! The steaks on special were ordered as MR but were a little on the rare side. I see another commenter had steak problems too. Still good though. Key lime pie wasn’t as tart as we wanted. I suggest squeezing the lime piece on top for a little extra flavor. It was basically super smooth, somewhat limey cheesecake. Still good but slightly disappointing since the waitress hyped it up. Overall we would go again.

Great ambiance — local popular place but disappointing visit this time for us. Excellent drinks Waffle fries delicious Service average Steak ordered MR — sent back & came out M with server — no manager. Staff not very observant. Kinda disappointed steak overcooked & no manager delivered new steak & paid full price — disappointed bc 2 managers on duty.

Excellent service and fun, in general, place to go. The seafood chowder was very good with huge pieces of smoked salmon. The halibut. …wasnt my favorite but the firecracker shrimp tacos my buddy had looked tasty. Fun place… will probably go back if the opportunity presents itself.

Usually disappointed by the service and there is always a wait. Food quality is low and prices high. They try to make up for it with big portions but to me big portions of bad food doesn’t make it better. The only reason I gave them three stars instead of two is because their Sunday buffet rocks. Make reservations in advance or prepare to wait a long time time in a cramped, poorly designed, pretty dirty space though.
