The worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. They aren’t organized what so ever, one of the employees called my friend ‘bro’ when asking him for his order. I know it’s only a fast food place but still, ‘aye bro’? It was a big place but it seemed to not have many seating in the place, but two drive thus? Terrible place.

They usually make order ok. But lobby and especially the bathroom need to be cleaned.

It’s my fault for coming around 2 pm, as my burger tasted like it was ready and fresher a couple hours earlier. Same goes for the fries, cold and greasy. Shoulda known better, but I wuz in a hurry and feeling cheap. So many DECENT hamburger places popping up, where its made to order, no wonder McDonald’s is going down the toilet.
Hey, it was never this bad before — they just don’t throw anything out after so many minutes, it sits and waits for a fool like me. Those working behind the counter could give a rats behind, just stand around and jabber. YOU, don’t find this could care less attitude at the competition — such as In/​Out, Habit, or Five Guys.

This place went downhill fast. The latest was they refused my order of a soft drink at the drive thru window, I was told «they were out» and «we would have to change the bag» I assumed that meant the syrup box or syrup bag, which only takes 30 seconds to change if that, I know because I was in the foodservice industry for over 8 years. I asked if I should wait and again I was told «we are out». This happened at approximately 6:30 p.m. At the drive thru on this date. Get your act together management team!!!

Came by to grab a quick bite. Went threw the drive thru and they we’re really quick. Pulled up to the first window to pay literally didn’t have to stop at the second window cus my food was already ready and they were holding it out as I drove up. Typical food from here but great friendly service.

I have given this location multiple chances. My 8^th visit and I have given up. Rude management. There has been not one time they havent screwed up my order inside and in the drive thru. This location really needs some new management and training! Buns always taste old. When they run commercial advertisement specials they are the last to offer it and are extremely rude when you ask about it. Nothing but attitude!

They messed up my drive-​thru order. When I called them to let them know the girl told me that I would have to bring back the order the next day and have it replaced. She never even apologized. Then she told me that they don’t serve spicy chicken. My mouth and throat say otherwise.

This mcdonalds sucks. The so called manager who looks like he’s 12 years old should not be working there. My boyfriend ordered something new that was not on the menu but on a picture on the drive thru menu. He acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about. Acted very sarcastic and rude. We were arguing with him for like 5 minutes! Didn’t even take money off which is what a good manager would of done. And I didn’t get ranch for my nugs. Worst service ever. But what can you expect from losers who work there. Get a real job!

5 stars because it has AWESOME play area that is the cleanest I’ve seen. And it’s HUGE.
Love it for Indoor playground on a rainy day.

So it’s McDonald’s, right? Relatively crappy food that we occasionally tolerate because it is fast and cheap. You know what you’re getting into when you go.
This location is ridiculous, though. They can’t get anything right. I’ve only been twice and both times have been total misery. This morning I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese mcmuffin without the sausage, and got an english muffin with only cheese. Then I waited 8 minutes at the drive through window (because they couldn’t find lids??) for an iced mocha that came out room temperature with no ice.

I stopped by Monday morning and got 2 sausage biscuits and a hash brown. The order taker was friendly though she spoke so softly I could barely hear her. The sausage biscuits giving me food poisoning so I called the restaurant and was told the manager would call me back. When she called she asked how I was and there was anything she could do. She then invited me to come back and give them another try. I was very critical of another McDonalds in San Rafael due t their lack of customer service ans would suggest they look to Minerva and her team at this location for customer service training. I was only interested in an apology which I got but what impressed me was how she handled everything! She refunded my money from Monday and gave me my meal at no charge. This was much more than I asked for. I changed my rating from 1 star to four because of the way Minerva and her team handled this.

The food isn’t bad if you actually get what you ordered. Last week I popped in to grab a hamburger happy meal with mustard and pickle only and an angus wrap. I drove away with two parfaits and a happy meal with ketchup and pickle. Today the order 4 cheeseburgers and one hamburger mustard pickle only… the cheese burgers were swimming in ketchup. To the point all kids are now wearing it. The hamburger was wrong again and when we told them so the replacement burger had less than a drop of mustard and a pickle end. Not happy.

I don’t eat much fastfood, so I only end up going here 3 or 4 times a year. When I do go, everytime, the fries are too damn salty. If anyone that works here reads this, for god’s sake, don’t salt the fries so much! Yuck!

McDonalds gets 3 stars for their breakfast food and 1 star for everything else. Hamburgers here suck as well as the fries. People working here are less than friendly but if you go there at 6am the people who are there are usually decent
