Without a doubt the worst pizza place I’ve been to. The first thing, it’s expensive. The slices are like $ 6 or $ 7 a piece and they want FREAKING $ 40FOR A FULLPIZZA!!! It has WAY too much cheese, way too few toppings, and the few times I’ve eaten there the pizza was cold and the cheese hard. I nearly threw up on the way home last time we ate there and I have such a strong stomach I can read a book just fine while someone else drives. It takes A LOT to upset my stomach. The pizza crust is actually pretty good. Otherwise, nothing good I can say about the place. Just awful. It’s no wonder it’s generally the only place there without huge lines.

My family and I came to Slice House(on Christmas of all days) for something to eat because not much else was open. Slice House is located in the food court at Graton Rancheria Casino so there is plenty of parking and seating at the food court but it is super busy. Prices were reasonable because with every cheese slice that we purchased, we got a free drink. So we ordered three cheese slices with three free drinks and one combination slice with a drink we had to pay for. I believe each slice was around $ 5 – 6. Service was OK. The guy working behind the counter didn’t go out of his way to be friendly or do anything more than serve us our food and take our money. He did let a pushy guy cut in front of my mother and I, I assume to avoid confrontation with him, but it left a bad taste in our mouths. The pizza was OK. It’s New York style so not my favorite, and reminded me of the old Sbarro’s that you would find at the mall. My cheese slice had way too much cheese and not enough sauce. My Husband’s combination slice was just OK. Not much flavor, just average. They supposedly have more items available other than pizza slices, but nothing was displayed in their window case so we didn’t bother asking. I would come back only if I had to and all the other places in the food court were closed.

I know rent space is expensive inside a casino, but I still can’t get over how expensive it is for a slice of pizza or a stromboli. $ 6 for a pepperoni slice? $ 10 for a meat stromboli? The food here is actually good. But I can’t justify paying the current prices for their food unless I win big at the Graton slot machines!

The pizza is okay… the service is terrible. absolutely terrible. We were left standing in line being ignored so the girl that takes the order is in the back doorway flirting with the guys. People left the line and went to the burger place next door… it’s a horrible way to represent the company. When we did place our order they gave us half of it and made us wait for the other half so the slices we got first were totally cold…

Love the slice house! Friendly staff and amazing pizza served by the slice, I’ve also tried their other menu items such as the meatball sub and garlic knots which are all equally as good! Love their 5 $ cheese slice and soda combo and they also serve beer on tap which is a plus. I recommend the slice house if your looking for a quick meal and don’t feel like sitting down at Tony’s.

On our way back to San Francisco after a weeklong camping trip I suggested to hubby we go to Graton Casino for a respite. First he said no, then he relented. Great now we can check it out for ourselves. Bathroom stop, then a light snack. Slice House is located at the food court aka the Marketplace at Graton. Ice cream? No. Mexican? No, Chinese? No. BBQ? No. Pizza? Yes. You can order individual slices. I got the New York, and hubby got the California. Two slices for about $ 13.00. Place your order, pay, give your name, and find a seat in the food court. The slices are reheated. A slice takes up a small dinner plate. I’ve had Tony’s in North Beach. This slice I thought was better. Maybe cuz I hadn’t had lunch. I asked about ordering a whole pizza to go. Price ranged from about $ 35-$ 43. Hmm, too much.

These slices will inspire you. Let’s hear it for New York style pizza. After playing the penny slots for a while, yes peoples, the penny slots. After playing the penny slots for a while the sisters and I took a lunch break. I had a slice a pepperoni and I must say it was quite tasty. I have been to plenty of pizza places, but nothing tops a nice thin slice of NY style pizza that you can fold in half and stuff in you mouth… That’s exactly what I did, my only complaint is that I didn’t eat 2 slices. What I do know is I will eat there again if I happen to be at The Graton!

Pizza, NY Pizza is very hard to come by in CA. You can walk in most any shop in Brooklyn, or NJ and get high quality pizza at a reasonable price. In CA its a rare thing to find. But Tony’s Pizza has it. The slices are thin and large, the crust bends(not crispy or hard) and the sauce + cheese combo taste fantastic. I had the NY Slice several times, partner had the cheese slice-loved it. I also give a huge recommendation to the meatball sub, big tasty meatballs smothered in a rich flavor filled sauce, topped with slices of cheese. They say the main locale in San Francisco is pizza heaven, if thats the cast then the locale Rohnert tPark is a little ‘slice of heaven’.

Happened again. Reheating pizza is not a difficult thing but to these schmucks it is.

So good! I have been to Tony’s, but when you just want something quick this is your spot. I ordered the meatball calzone. That calzone was so good. The cheese was unlike any second rate cheese other pizza parlors are getting by the dozen from discount food reps. The calzone was ripe in size, but light and fluffy with a lightly crisped outter crust. My boyfriend had the daily slice which was a really good NY style vegetarian slice. I drank a chamomile tea and he enjoyed a pop. Not that exciting being that it is in a mall cafeteria, but the food is really worth it. Delicious.

My wife and I ate here while at Graton Casino. We enjoyed the garlic knots, Sicilian slice, and foccacini. The service took a little long since they didn’t have any more pre-made foccacini. We didn’t mind the wait because we weren’t in a rush. We sat as far into the food court as possible to try and get away from the smokiness of the casino.

For a food court pizza place, The Slice House is decent. For Tony Gemignani’s type of pizza, it’s not as good as I would expect. Pizza by the slice(~$ 6) — 3⁄5 — thin but large slices. Basic pizza options, unlike the creative choices in SF. Have them heat it for you, but it will take 5 mins. Don’t heat it and it looks like leftovers from the fridge. Garlic knots($ 6) — 4⁄5 — love these things but they take about 20 minutes to make since they are made fresh. They are the best thing on the menu but take forever! Honestly, they should warn customers or include it in their signage. I have ordered these crispy garlic pieces of dough a few times and each time is around 20 mins to make — way too fast for a food court. Foccacini($ 9) — 4⁄5 — grilled panini sandwich. Pretty good! A vegetarian sandwich that’s pretty tasty. North Beach Hero($ 9) — 2⁄5 — pretty basic sandwich and lacked sauce and uniqueness. I wouldn’t recommend it. Salads($ 8) — premade in togo containers. Doesn’t seem that fresh. As much as I am a fan of Tony’s in SF, I think I prefer to have one of the other food choices in the food court over the Slice House.

I usually eat here once a week. One of the best pizza restaurants in the Bay Area. The cheese slice is the real deal, NY pizza at its finest. The meatball sandwich is all meat, pork, beef, no filler. The spinach calzone rates primo. All ingredients are top notch, Grande mozzarella, imported tomato sauce, great crust. If you want a full service restaurant, you can’t wrong with Tony’s North Beach. Same owner, same high quality. But the Slice House is your go to quick eats for pizza heaven.

Came here for a slice while visiting the casino. The wait took forever because the line was long and only 2 cashiers. It was busy everywhere in the food court on a Saturday night. Can’t blame them for how busy it was there but the service could have been a little better. The pizza was delicious though. Kinda pricey but the slices are huge. I’ll be going back here when visiting the casino.

Time: 4:48pm Purpose: Me and my buddy was about to leave the casino just walking by the food court. Ambiance: Mall like feel once inside the food court or you can say like OTG just no trucks here. Staff: Pretty quick to get your order going but the cashier with the cap and eyeglasses is rude. All the other kitchen workers seems to be confuse about what goes with what. Hope you guys know the receipe at least dont mess it up. Cleanliness: Perfect for its location nothing to say here. Eats: Foccacini $ 9 we ate at the other Tony’s earlier on so still kinda full but never the less still wanting to try it out told them to cut it in half. Products: Pizza by the slices, calzones, salads, subs, apps, drinks. Basically food on the go quick and easy. Punch Line: Pizza slices, fast, inexpensive, fulfilling, ready to go, open area seating(if you can find a table). Final Thoughts: I had the same when ever I’m in north beach area so nothing fancy it’s located inside a casino. The slices are pretty huge so time yourself whether to eat all now or save some space for later after playing for a while. My advice here grab a slice to eat and buy an extra slice wrap in foil put in trunk this way when you loose your money, at least you have something to fall back on.
