Worst pharmacy have ever seen in my life. I stopped coming here for years for that reason and came back today and remembered why I hadn’t. Nothing had changed. The people who work there seem to have no more than an elementary school education. Today’s delightful example was this woman who moved with the speed of a sloth and couldn’t seem to find my prescription. After eight minutes of looking she finally understood someone’s help who went to the bin she started with –where it was supposed to be– and found it immediately. I spent nearly 20 minutes in this place for something that should’ve taken less than three total. There was only one person ahead of me and her slothlike speed held him up unnecessarily as well

The staff here is all extremely friendly and polite. This CVS also has an amazing sale on Cadbury Mini Eggs ahead of Easter. CVS has a wide range of products that never fail to impress me when I visit. Definitely one of my go to place for toiletries, they have an impressive selection for me to choose from. The cashiers are all friendly, and make more interesting small talk than most. I had a good conversation with Terry about payment technologies. They use the credit card chip method to pay, instead of the magnetic strips, which is overall more safe. I’m very impressed with Terry’s extensive knowledge on Apple Pay, Samsung pay, and credit cards. Overall, this CVS is one of the best in the area!

Pharmacy is a mess. Long lines and wait times. Prescriptions not ready in committed time and they make you wait endlessly for your prescription. Totally mismanaged.

WORSTPHARMACY! BADSERVICE. Troll RUDE guy Jason at pick up line and takes a long time to fill RX for pick up. When you call for status, they tell you your RX almost ready in 30 minutes, 2 hours later, they will you the same answer. RUDE, RUDE guy at pick up counter with attitude who acts like you are violating his all day lunch time by walking up to the counter. Hope this location closed down and replaced by a pharm chain that hires better qualified pharm staff.

The worst! I’ve tried them three times now. Every experience has been awful – long, long wait time. Just now I was second in line and it still took 20 minutes to even drop off the prescription, only to be told they cannot fill it until two days later. I have never had an issue like this with any Walgreen’s. Unfortunately, my insurance charges more if I don’t use CVS. I’ll pay extra.

Vicodin, oxy codeine, etc is a very common prescription. Surgery, wisdom teeth, etc. They«don’t stock narcotics». I understand limiting to theft. Stocking out is a complete failure. Choices are limited in PV. Went to Rite Aid. Cvs in PV, never again. Don’t expect to stop by on your way home to pick up a prescription because they won’t have it in stock. Pick it up down the hill prior to driving up. From the other postings, serious management failure there. Thank you Rite Aid.

CVS Pharmacy provided the WORST experience I ever had to get medication. After two weeks they never could fill my Rx for insulin and only called me the day before I went to Walgreens who had no problem providing me the insulin. CVS pharmacy manager and counter girl(J) said the doctor didn’t complete the Medicare B form correctly. So I drove to the doctors office to tell them the form was wrong and incomplete. When I looked at the Medicare form it is signed by the«Supplier Attestation» meaning CVS Pharmacy. EVERYTHINGCVS pharmacy did was WRONG and blamed the doctor and Medicare when it was CVS pharmacy that completes and sends the form. Although it’s just walking distance to my home I will NEVER go there for my Rx. My wife occasionally goes there for other stuff because of coupons but she said they expire quickly. Go somewhere else, this store is run poorly and is not not like its predecessor Longs Drugs.

The pharmacy here sucks period! They are slow, unaccomadating and not knowledgable. I pick up a prescription there on Friday and used it once. It spilled all over the bag and wen I went to take it back they would not give me a new one without going to a hospital or urgent care on Saturday… Needless to say I went to another pharmacy and they were very helpful, got me a new prescription while I waited within 20 minutes… now that is customer service!

Dirty store. The Pharmacy drop off counter is always dirty. The drinking fountain is gross. Has been for a long time. The gray carpeting is a mistake. Longing for Long’s…Only go here because my RX plan dictates it.

It’s clean & well-organized, parking is easy, and they’ve got a lot of STUFF. That’s why I figured they would have the simple, battery-operated alarm clock I was looking for. Yep, they did. And the dang thing even glows in the dark, 12 bucks. Score! While I was there I checked out their big greeting card selection, hoping to find a very unusual b-day card to accompany a gag gift(not the clock, that’s for me). The card is for a person, from a cat. Don’t judge me, it’s a joke! Anyway, I discovered the musical cards. Holy crap, I was laughing out loud as I was checking these things out. Boo to the grumpy lady customer in the card aisle with no sense of humor who gave me the stink eye, betcha you’re no fun at a party. So… I got a mewsical card with a cat on it. Open it and you will hear«Happy Birthday» in meows. Purrrrfect! CVS! Thanks for having such weird inventory! You’re the cat’s meow. But, please… we don’t need a CVS on EVERY corner. Y’all are breeding like alley cats. It’s alarming.

A great, clean drugstore for all of your sundries/toilitries needs. Pharmacy provides good service. I miss the customer service at Longs Drugs(the lines here tend to be long, and they don’t do watch batteries), but I am happy with this as our local drugstore. Generally good prices.

Found Pepperidge Farm cookies on sale for $ 2.50! Good for all your basic drugstore needs. Too bad they don’t change watch batteries here though. The old Longs Drugs that used to be here used to do it.
