I walked in on (what I thought) was a fluke. I walked away with a delivery date scheduled! This was the third mattress place I’d been to, there is a long list in the immediate area. I had the mindset of «These guys need to tell me why I should buy from them». They did just that! Our sales person was great. He explained things thoroughly, really helped to understand our options. Gave us a good deal, and exceptional value! I’m amazed still. The dying art of Customer Service. I walked away happy about the money I spent with these people (which really never happens). Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and service, right on down to the delivery! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and am sure to make my next purchase with this establishment.

Came in to «just look» at what was on the marked theses days. We were pleasantly NOT attacked by the salesman. He was very nice giving us the space to look around and try out all the mattresses available but at the same time was just close enough to answer all of our questions (no matter how dumb they might have seemed).
He had the knowledge to have answers on the spot w/o the need to look anything up.
When we came back a week later he actually remembered us and the mattress we were interested in the most. NO hassling, good price, good discount. Painless and actually very pleasant transaction. We picked what we wanted with few adjustments (like the low profile bed frame) with a delivery date that fit our schedule.
The place is under new management (much needed) and it definitely makes a world of difference. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a Serta from Amer. Matt. 12 years ago and it lasted me very well, so when it was time for a new bed, I knew where to return. I upgraded to a new pillow top LaSalle and have been very pleased so far. Rob was our salesperson and he was attentive but not pushy — he knew what I was looking for (I’d read articles in Consumer Reports beforehand) and he gave me the details needed. We met on a fair price and I had the bed delivered w/in two days as promised. Bed shopping does not need to be a hassle, esp. if you visit this store.

Since we’re not «a small Asian couple,» we found it difficult to buy a mattress from this store. Our salesman, George, told us we’re not a «small Asian couple,» and deterred us from the bed we were looking at. We explained we needed a temporary and affordable bed just to last us one year, until we moved.
Needless to say, we were put off my his comments and left with no intention on returning.
