I recently ordered a sleep number bed at your store. Your customer service was rushed. We knew what we wanted and we had tried it at a friends house but the pushy sales person forced us to lay on the bed to find our«sleep number». We told her no but she was insistent. We were charged for sheets and a mattress cover we did not ask to purchased. Then the earliest delivery was Decemeber 17th! We purchased our mattress on November 27th! I was assured that delivery was going to be today, December 17th between the hours of 8am and 12pm. At exactly 8am I had all our animals locked up in the basement, our old bed pushed away and anxiously awaited delivery of the bed I had been looking forward to sleeping in since it was purchased on Black Friday. As the hours passed I began to get discouraged… around 11:45pm I called the Delivery Center… sat on hold for approximately 9 minutes… Spoke to a representative who not only had no idea if my bed was going to be delivered within the time frame specified but if the bed was going to be delivered at all! She left a voicemail with the technician and told me the technician would be in touch. At 1pm I called the Delivery Center again… I was on hold until 1:32pm when a very lovely woman answered. She attempted several methods to contact the technicians and were able to find out they were in Gurnee making a delivery, a town which is approximately 38 miles away and an hour and 15 mins driving distance and I was the 3rd Customer behind 2 others so not to expect delivery for several hours. My husband attempted calling this store and again we never received a call back. It is now 5:30pm. I have been sitting in my home for 8.5 hours doing nothing but waiting for a Sleep Number Bed Delivery I am not even sure is going to arrive. I attempted calling your Delivery Center several times but the call is dropped due to «higher then expected call volume» and there are«no more circuits». Needless to same I am beyond infuriated. I am beyond disgusted about the treatment I have been forced to endure at the hands of your company. This is not how a customer should be treated. I could understand if delivery was delayed, but I would have appreciated a phone call at ANY point during the day with a rough ETA of delivery after the pre-agreed upon window of time had passed. This company really shows how little it cares for its customers. Please I am begged your company to simply contact me and let me know the ETA of my delivery. I have been forced to miss work at BOTH of my jobs now, and have been unable to pick up medication I desperately need. Your treatment of my husband and myself has been despicable.

Worst customer service possible. We visited this store today and the sales guy was very standoffish and had horrible customer service. He was eating his sandwich as we walked in and on the phone. Barely even paid us any attention until he realized he had been shopping around and were seriously about a mattress. After this experience, serta iComfort will CERTAINLYNOTGETOURBUSINESS.

Unfortunate experience here last week. Employee named Chriss, two s’s, friendly at first and then became progressively more arrogant and pushy. Misrepresented the characteristics of mattresses sold by Tempurpedic. Insisted Select Comfort did not negotiate or even come down in price, only to come down in price more than thirty percent on a $ 3000 plus mattress when he realized he’d not be making a sale without doing so. Answers questions about the mattresses with questions of his own, wholly unrelated to anything remotely relevant to sleep or beds. Shared with me info about what branch of the military he served in, when, where, and what his son did… After conducting more research into the beds sold by Select Comfort, and seeing what consumer reports had to say about them, I’ve decided to take my money elsewhere. The unprofessionalism Chriss exhibited last week at Woodfield Mall won’t soon be forgotten.

Tons of attention and help from salesperson Maria. She was great and even sent us a thank you note for our purchase. Everything has gone exactly as promised — definitely money well spent. They even have Legos and a lego table for the kids.
