Mattress Firm

My boyfriend and I set aside a day to go look at mattresses and Sleepy’s was our first stop. We were greeted by John who did help us determine the type of mattress that would work for both of our needs. The model we liked was a bit over budget, and John immediately offered us a «Friend and Family» discount of $ 200 off. While my boyfriend and I liked the feel of the mattress, I was not ready to commit due to the fact that we had not looked anywhere else. I politely asked John if he could give us his information so we could think about it and he immediately became extremely pushy. He wanted to know where else we were going, and bashed every store that I mentioned. He also undermined me when I mentioned I was also interested in the new memory and latex form mattresses from companies such as Casper and Leesa. At this point I knew I no longer wanted to give him business and left feeling frustrated.
We ended up purchasing a Casper online due to the rave reviews and amount of firmness (something I need as a stomache sleeper). I also love the modern look of this mattress compared to the traditional tufted models.

I think I was a lot harder on this place than they deserved. Ari was really pleasant and even though he messed up he worked hard and set it right within 24 hours which is huge when you think about delivery and stuff. He was great when we bought the two mattresses and although tensions were high during the mess up he and the rest of sleepys staff remained incredibly professional throughout the whole thing even though I was admittedly pretty rude about the situation. I knocked a star because it wasn’t perfect but I was definitely way too hard on this place. Satisfied with our purchases and would probably make another from here.

Frank and Aaron were wonderful to work with. They fit my son for the best mattress, matched anyone else’s price nearby, whether on sale or not, and were able to deliver the entire bed set the next day (which was SUNDAY!!). They have a wonderful selection of brands, as well. I recommend anyone looking for a mattress to be sure to stop in for outstanding customer service and to compare prices.
