Circuit City

The only bad thing about this place it the customers. People stealing and cheating you out of money.

So my one year old all in one HP printer/​scanner/​fax thing ran out of ink. I made a big mistake and put the wrong cartridge in the wrong spot and it got stuck. Gosh darn it!
After trying to remove it for about hour and (many gosh darn its later) I called HP. The customer service person took 15 minutes of my time before telling me the warranty is over and he needs my credit card to help me. Gosh darn it !
So I decided to just go over to circuit city and try their tech help. Walked in, the teen helper at the customer service desk repeated the same «it is not covered under the warranty any more phrase» and directed me to their «Fire Dog» tech help.
I walked over, with much embarrassment started to tell my story and the Fire-​Dog tech without saying a word just reach in to the printer and removed the cartridge and handed it to me. I was just starting to say Thank you and he just said no problem and walked away.
I wanted say my Hero and faint, (but I didn’t)
Needless to say there was no charge, he probably save me about 50.00
