Had been there in the evening hours around 6 — it was all empty, nobody there, not even a cashier-a store shouldn’t look empty. –1 star I had to wait for around a minute. Sub was good as expected. I hadn’t been familiar with the sauces so the cashier let me try them. That’s customer service! Everything clean, friendly cashiers.

My dad had a craving for Subway after taking him for his bi-weekly bloodwork at the hospital, so we went to this location on the way home. It’s located in a stripmall so there was plenty of parking. We went into the establishment it wasn’t yet full for the weekday lunch rush, we got there around 11am. The place was clean and had a modern look. I noticed now they are serving flatbreads, a new item called Flatizza. It looks good but I’m here for a subway sandwich not a crossbreed of a pizza. When you go to the counter there is a process, pick your sandwich 6″ or Footlong, type of breads there are 5 types and for a limited time only: Jalapeño Cheese Bread. Different cheeses, toasted or not toasted(to melt your cheese and have a toasty crust of your bread), a lot of veggie toppings, then dry seasonings/herbs, and condiments and finally our choices of chips and a fountain drink. Don’t forget their soft cookies! All subway food chains look and serve basically the same stuff, but what stands them out amongst the heard is the cleanliness of the establishment and the customer service. We ordered two combo meals(sandwich, chips and a drink). I got the turkey with 9-grain honey oat with all the toppings. As for my dad, he was debating between the tuna salad or the roast beef(beef it is). The food was good and bread tasted fresh as we expected. What I was not happy about was how we were first greeted to place our order. I would understand for a guy behind the counter to ask us to step aside if both of us didn’t know what to order and there was a long line, but NOT acceptable when my dad needed a few seconds to decide what he really wanted and the guy was impatient with us and asked us to step aside because there was 2 customers in line, really guy?!? Of course I spoke up and said hey wait a sec I know what I want to order can you give him a sec, geez! Then no apologies just a look. Not good 1st impression or customer service in this place! There was 4 of them working and no one apologized. We could have left and gone to another Subway, but my dad was so hungry so I bit into my sandwich and letting it go. So, next time you’re at this location make sure you know what you want or the subway nazi will make you step aside and say NO Subway for you, NEXT!!! I plan not to go back here again, there’s another one down the street!
