I walk into subway at 9:53 pm on Tuesday night. Drove in snow to get my sandwich. I go open door but cannot it is locked, sign says open. Hours say open till ten.
Three Girls chatting around don’t open door explain without words that I can’t come in closed. And then start laughing.
Unbelievable to drive all that way when then get laughed at.
Its not the first time this has happened.
The owner is losing lots of money I’m sure when he is paying workers to sit around chat and laugh at customers instead of staying open till 10.
It looks like the girls are eating all the sandwiches by the way they look.

I saw them make someone half of their sandwich, while looking at them preparing it, the customer didn’t like how the tuna looked (as in its color didn’t seem right to them). So the customer walked out and the employee took the items off the sandwich, including taking chucks of the bread put it back into the tuna and other serving bins. When I asked them if they should be doing that, they said that is no problem. I asked if someone had an allergy to anything they just cross contaminated with then get sick, and she said, «It’s ok, we can do that.» Wow, just imagine what else is done even when someone isn’t watching…

It’s finally open, walking distance from my in-​laws and about the only thing I’ll eat is a meatball sub. So far so clean.
