Comfort Suites

I liked this hotel a lot. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast choices included things even my husband could eat; with his many food allergies this is rare.
So why didn’t I give it 5 stars if I liked it so much? Well, one of the reasons I picked this particular hotel was because it has an indoor heated pool. We even reserved an extra room for my daughter and her family (who live in nearby Summerville) so we could have some family time hanging out in the pool together. Unfortunately the water was a little too cold for that. Surprisingly the hot tub was even colder. No, I didn’t mention it to the staff. Although I intended to so they could warm it up for others, I’m old. By the time I warmed up, I forgot!
Bottom line, I would definitely stay there again. A little cold water didn’t stop us from having a nice family visit. We just moved the fun into our room which was large enough for family games such as Twister and Apples-​To-​Apples.
