We placed a carryout order and decided to wait because it would be 15 – 20 minutes. The gentleman behind us came in to pick up his order and he was told that the printer in the back was out of ink and that they did not have it ready. They told him it would be an additional 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we asked about our order and we were told to show our receipt for the order number. Our waiter went to another printer to print a ticket and ran it into the kitchen. He then told us it would be an additional 10 minutes because they were backed up. The lady that ordered her pizza after us recieved her order before ours, meaning they lost or order. After waiting a total of an hour I asked for the manager, but she refused to come to the register. (It was the 2nd time she told him no while we were there and he needed help.) Another employee came out and gave me a refund.
