The previous reviewer is 100% correct, I just don’t understand why she didn’t give this salon a five star rating.
I have visited the salon twice so far, first in August and again in October, and both times I was truly impressed with the service. Everyone is friendly, professional, and to top it off… hilarious. The salon is nicely decorated, clean, and comfy. I get services from Shanita, and she has WOWED me every time. She’s very personable, charges reasonably, knows how to cut, style, and color, but most importantly she takes care of your hair. I highly recommend this salon!

I was impressed with my first visit. Walking into the salon was welcoming. It’s very nicely decorated, nice atmosphere, and nice people. It was not overly crowded and you’re not sitting there hours waiting on your stylist. My stylist was Janay. I appreciated how she took the time to assess my hair and talked to me before just taking me to the shampoo bowl. She told me what products she was using on my hair and explained its benefits. I was also very pleased with my style. It only took 1hr 30 min for the whole process. Before I left, I booked my next two appointments. I also received lots of compliments on how cute and bouncy my hair was. She’s not just someone who «does hair»; she knows how to care for hair.
I have been to a few salons and none match the quality of service received here. I’ve had many horror stories dealing with stylists who did not know how to care for natural hair. But that was not the case here. I think I may have finally found the one
