Massage Envy – Plainfield-IL

I have been going to Envy for several years now. I started going to this location after we moved to IL just over a year ago. I see Heather regularly and love her to pieces. I have some real muscle issues that cause migraines, Heather (and a handful of other massage therapists in MN and VA) have helped me avoid medication for my migraines and I couldn’t be more thankful. Note: this is not a promise they make but for me it works.
I love the options to upgrade; aroma therapy if I have nasal issues going on, foot scrub when my feet are killing me, deep tissue treatment when my shoulders are extra tight. If I have to miss a month or I am extra stressed I will opt for 90 minutes or a hot stone massage. I don’t do it every time but I really like the option.

very inexperienced masseuse. The way front desk was set up it was hard to complain without whole world hearing. I guess you get what you pay for!

My boyfriend surprised me with a facial which was your chest, shoulders and up and a couples massage for my birthday. The facial was soo relaxing and my face felt so nice and hydrated when I was done. It including a wonderful face massage and also a good 5 – 10 min arm /​hand massage and she got my neck and back too while my masks where on and she explained everything she was doing and gave me knowledgeable tips on my skin type. Then I had Steve for our couples massage and I heard that he was one of the best AND HE SURE IT!!! He has magical hands and listened when I told him I was on my feet all day so my legs where achey and he gave me a good 15 min massage on each leg and foot, front and back. I also mentioned my shoulders and neck where always achey and man oh man did he put in work! My whole body felt like there where angels singing around me when he was finished! The whole time I was getting massaged all I was thinking about was what day next month should I scheduled my next massage lol! I’m so excited my boyfriend ended it off with a membership and I will surely be back for both

Heather is the best! She’s the only person I know that can get my knots out without making me feel as if a dinosaur sat on me. She’s so friendly and gives great advice. She’s amazing with prenatal massages!

Love the atmosphere, got a massage and it was the best massage I had ever !! All the staff was great !! Beth explained everything and went over all the options and details recommend highly! Will be back !!!

This is an amendment to my earlier review. They invited me back for a «redo.» I had a hot stone message today with Heather and I have to say it was one of the best messages I have ever had. She was friendly, easygoing, willing to chat if I wanted to, and listened to my needs. I will be back to see her again! My «hat is off» to them to how they handled my issues.

Today I had a facial and massage and never felt better and more relaxed. The service was top notch and the staff was well trained and thorough. Will for sure be back monthly. I signed up for a membership.
