I recently had an unfortunate experience with mold. The issue needed immediate attention. I was out of the state and frantically looking for assistance. I grabbed a list from the internet and started making calls. I reach Secretary after Secretary explaining their process and costs with little concern of reviewing the problem. I felt a couple scare tactics were thrown in to cover additional costs. The prices ranged hundreds to thousands for an initial quote/​test before starting the repair. I am not sure how I came across Anderson Basement Waterproofing as they were not on my original list, but I guess someone was looking out for me. I made one call to them and had an immediate answer. The person on the other end asked questions with tact, had the experience to walk me through the process, and understanding it was a terrifying time did not throw in scare tactics, but reassurance. I was pleasantly surprised at the personal attention, care and professionalism. Not to discount the price as that was fair, but personally for me dealing with someone who felt like they cared was worth every penny. I can not recommend Anderson enough
